MY ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW: Arrived with the adapter missing. So not off to a good start Plugged it into the car and it connected first time, switched car off and on again stopped working. Unplugged it and it still refuses to work despite showing that it is connected to my phone. Returned for a refund. UPDATED 5 STAR REVIEW: I received a replacement unit from the seller (CONVERGENCE LONG LTD) FOC asking to give it another chance and allow them to make thing right. I plugged the new unit into my car and the difference was like chalk and cheese! The dongle was instantly recognised by the car (it took two or three goes on the original dongle). Next came pairing it to my iPhone, once again it paired immediately. I powered of the car, waited 30 seconds and powered back on and up pops CarPlay! Everything works as it should, just the same as connecting it via a cable. I even went through the process of switching the car on and off a dozen times just to be sure and it seems to be working perfectly. So hats of to the seller CONVERGENCE LONG LTD, they have fantastic customer service and a great product.

Purpose of this item is to connect car play wireless in my car which does brilliantly, set may be bit longer depending on vehicle and iPhone you have but once connected works excellent. Price you pay is totally worth it. Fully recommended

Doesn’t last more than 6 months, got one in May 2025 and it’s already broken by beginning of December 2025. Keeps disconnecting. Absolute waste of money!

Looks expensive and does the job perfectly highly recommend easy to set up, automatically connects to my phone when I turn the car on

I have a Toyota Yaris 21 plate , bought this to use. Google maps and Amazon music via Apple CarPlay without that dam usb wire connection each time, I can’t believe it actually worked because of how cheap it was , so smooth and no delays , would recommend 100 percent

Works great. Saves me getting my phone out of my handbag every time I get in the car and is better for the life of my phone battery rather than keep placing it on charge to connect to CarPlay when it doesn’t need charging.

Had a problem with the adaptor but issue resolved by the seller

Dead after 1 months use. The dongle freezes when plugged in. Unable to select the “wireless” function. I have reverted to my reliable wired connection to my my phone for Apple play. I hope the seller see this and offers a refund or replacement. Happy to update my review if so. Not holding my breath though.
