Very comprehensive. Inaccurate.
Pros. Very inexpensive! Includes many different tests on one strip.Cons. Inaccurate. I ran a test strip on my tap water and in my pool. The PH was WAYYYY off. The actual PH taken with an accurate seachem aquarium and pool test ran the PH at 7.6. This strip said 6.0. The chlorine was pretty far off as well. I have no way to test or compare the strip in any other way for the other tests, but I do feel like they were most likely fairly accurate. I also found that if you follow the instructions, which say dip it for 3 seconds, it doesn't work. To get more accurate results, I was dipping for longer and then waiting 10-30 seconds for the color changes to take place.Overall. If you're looking for a rough idea of what your water is like, this will work for you. But it's definitely not very accurate.

Muliple test strips
Ii originally bought this to not only test our well water but to compare our new refridgerator’s filtering ability. Not any significant difference unless I submit a sample to a lab. Either way, our water is good. Next I plan to test water after purchasing a cheap, non name brand filter for fridge. I somehow missed that these were test strips and had read from someone that it was a one time use so I ordered two thing only one test per unit. I need to read description better. I have enough test strips for a long time now or I perform nominal fee roadside water testing to recoup the extra cost.

Easy test, but difficult to interpret
The box says to read the paper insert before using, but there is not a paper insert in the box. Also, it would be helpful if the box or bottle would indicate what is normal range so that the results are easy to interpret. The test is easy to do though.

Not professional, but gives an idea
It seemed to work the way it needed to. It showed the colors and what all we were looking for. I don't know if it gave us a correct indicator amount, but at least we have a little better idea.

This is totally junk. Our water softener broke and since it was a Kenmore and Sears is gone out of business we ordered a Fleck from Amazon. Its only been a few days but we still have hard water. I ordered this test kit to see if there was a difference in water past the new softener and before the softener (outside faucets by pass the softener) This test kit only starts the hardness scale at 120 mg/l. Our city says out water is moderately hard at 159 mg/l. Tests on softened water and unsoftened water both failed to register anything on this test strip.

JUST PLAIN CRAP!!!!!
I read the outside of the box, there was instructions on the box that said "Read insert carefully before use". Guess whatThere was no insert in the box. Years ago I was a Lab tech for a paper company, so I reasoned that this should be a piece of cake. . .it wasn't!!. Every thing I tested had high copper content, even distilled water. Pure bottle spring water had fluoride in it. Frig filtered water ( about 2 month old filter) was the same as the tap water. You can smell the Chlorine in the tap water, but it didn't show any.
