IF i didn't fight it and pull it out....
IT does work while I leave it in. I do notice that I pull it out/rub it off when I sleep. My husband said it does help my snoring. He uses the breathe right strips, but I find they come to close to my eyes and last thing I need is a cut in the eye.So this is a better option....If anyone comes up with how to make me leave it alone- let me know

Will fall out your nose in the night
No sure about how well it keeps me from snoring, but it will fall out, and then the snoring starts. My wife will say you started snoring in the middle of the night. Probably when it fell out my nose.

When it stays in it is surprisingly effective
Unfortunately it does not stay in my nostrils very well.
