I've been using it for a while now. I started off with using only 0.5 ml and now I use 1 ml in my water. I will slowly work my way up to 2 ml. The dropper does have measurements on the side, but the chlorophyll is so dark that you can't see it. It gives my water a slightly minty, plant taste, but it actually tastes good and refreshing. I can say that I've experienced: • Increased energy • After exercising, having hot flashes, or doing anything strenuous, my sweat or body parts doesn't smell bad. It kind of smells slightly sweet. It's my 3rd day using it and I already notice a difference! I don't smell like anything at all and I love it! I tried the pills for weeks and didn't notice anything so I'm impressed with these drops. I've been taking them every morning in a 16oz bottle of water. Taste isn't bad at all and not overly peppermintish. The 1st day, the water tasted a little thick, but it's doable.
