The media could not be loaded.  Second update. And it's much delayed.I have been contacted by Cheelcare. I unfortunately didn't see this for some time due to health issues keeping me out of commission.They made everything right and in a very timely manner. I'm going to update the people in my care circle about this and hopefully they'll be as pleased as I am and continue recommending this amazing product from this wonderful company to all of their patients / clients with electric wheelchairs. From what I understand my maintenance company has already ordered a few for the shop.Thank you Cheelcare. You guys are most rad indeed.Update, after a couple weeks of excellent service the USB will no longer charge and the Type C port is iffy and I get a incomplete connection message. I've tried multiple devices and cables and even plugged it into another chair to see if they was the issue.Next I tried to reach out to the seller a few times over the last week and have yet to hear anything back.I think that there's a good chance that I just got a lemon and if you get a good one I think you'll be fine. I'd like to exchange and give this product another chance but with a seller that isn't open to communication I don't even feel confident that I'll get my refund.Hopefully they'll reach out or I'll get my refund. But for the moment I can't recommend a product with no support from the seller.I'll continue to update this until the issue is resolved.I'm grateful that it went out while I'm still able to return it since it also has a short period where it's eligible for returns.I've been using this a while now and I've got to say, I Love it. Both ports fast charge. The type C super fast charges! And now when I'm out and about or the power goes out I can keep my phone charged and my fiance's. During a power outage I was keeping all of our phones charged and my Nintendo switch. Plus it looks snazzy.Home health nurses, physical therapy and the staff of the company that maintains my chairs have all been requesting links to share with the other powered wheelchair users they work with.And, it doesn't get hot or even warm like those little single port plugs on a lanyard.I really can't recommend this enough. I fully plan on keeping one of these on every chair I get. It adds a bit of a sense of security for me and let's me be helpful with the ability to give folks a quick top off on their battery if they need it.Thank you. Thank you so much for this very needed product.Two suggestion. More cable length options if possible. I'd like the option of running it under my seat to the other arm rest. A pass through charge port so you don't have to unplug it to charge the chair. Not necessary at all, I just think it would be nice.

It would be better if it had a bag to carry it in because I really don't know where to put it when I'm not using it oh, but that's more of an issue of lack of storage on my power chair. I haven't used it yet but I think it will be extremely helpful when I'm stranded and my phone or laptop have gone dead

This is a perfect riding companion. You can drive around while charging multiple devices, so never again have to worry about finding a charge somewhere. Also, all day long it can be plugged in and my battery on my wheelchair doesn’t go down at all. Fantastic!!

One thing we al need when out and about is an available USB power source. This device plugs easily into my Mobility Cart battery charging port. Keeps my Cellphone, camera and handheld ham radio batteries topped off and ready to go. Makes me feel safe and secure.

I love this USB adapter. It enables me to be able to charge my cell phone when I'm on my scooter. The 2.1 vs 1 amp optional ports are fantastic. I just wish I had a better place to mount it. It doesn't seem to like the swivel joystick so I make it work however I can. It floats around but I can deal with it. It is a fantastic charger which does allow me to continue using my chair when it's plugged in. This thing definitely deserves 5 stars.

This item is not recomended by the manufacturer of my chair, because it caused a circut problem with my joy stick comtroller and I had to replace the chip set in the controller.

While plugged into your scooter's power supply, you can power and recharge your phone, mp3 player, wireless speaker or any other USB devices while using them. I love this adapter

My usb charger for my powerchair came on time and it works perfect it keeps my phone charged all day love the piece of mind of not worrying if my phone runs out and I get stuff out with my chair
