Oh, Yum!
This year, I served lamb for Thanksgiving meal. I’m not so fond of mint, but it’s supposed to pair well with lamb so searched for a good lamb sauce and gave it a try. I hit the jackpot with Mary Duerr’s mint sauce. It is delicious! Not too minty - it has a spicy, savory bite to it. Great with lamb and great as a dipping sauce for whatever. The rest of my family and friends loved it too. We slathered it on lamb sandwiches the next day. If you are looking for a good spicy mint sauce, give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Very Minty and Not Sweet
This is my favorite of the mint sauces that I use on lamb. It is very thick and not watered down. Great taste and lasts a long time. This is not a gel and is not sweet.

Husband prefers to well-known brand
When Crosse & Blackwell quit making their mint sauce, my husband freaked as he must have it with lamb but then we see this on amazon and give it a whirl. Hubby likes it better than the C&B brand. Although I don't use mint sauce, I tasted it and it's a bit 'flatter' than the lively C&B was (maybe they had a touch more vinegar) but there are more mint leaves in this product so it's a bit thicker. There is one other mint sauce product on amazon that we have not tried yet, this one getting a few better reviews. But to each their own.

The best sauce for you lamb.
This is the best mint sauce we have come across in a long time. Very flavorful but not overpowering. Service was excellent, shipped immediately. We highly recommend this product and company.

Seal broken
When I opened the package, it was tightly bubble-wrapped but I could slightly smell mint. I unwrapped it and the seal was broken and the lid was partially open. Bummer. No returns and I can't eat it. :(

A good substitute for Cross and Blackwell Mint Sauce
I tried several sauces to replace Cross and Blackwell and this came close

Real vinegar mint, not sweet
Real savory taste, proper British style meaning not jelly and not sweet. Perfect on lamb
