Good solution overall, with some quirks
This is a unique solution for bike commuters that works very well, but would benefit from a "version 1.1" with some bug fixes. Most importantly, it really does transport clothes without wrinkling them, and has space for a pair of shoes and a shower kit, which is pretty much the whole purpose of the bag. Now the things that get annoying with daily use:-None of the straps have stays for the excess length. I have put either rubber bands or zipties on all of the straps, so I can tuck in the excess. Otherwise the straps dangles down and start to whip around when I pick up speed on the bike.-The zipper on the gear bag is on the inside of the bag when it is clipped in. This is a real head-scratcher, because it means you have to unclip the gear bag to access it and there doesn't seem to be any functional reason the zipper can't face outwards.-The gear bag clips into the "top" of the garment bag, when unrolled. As a result the gear bag is constantly getting in the way of putting clothes in the garment bag or hanging the garment bag from a hook.-Poor night reflectors. The detailing along the zipper is somewhat reflective, but isn't visible from either side of the rider. It would cost maybe a couple dollars to add reflective strips on the right and left sides of the bag, and would add a lot of safety.-No rain cover. I see some other reviews saying that they got one, but nothing came with my bag. The bag material is sturdy but not waterproof.

Working with customer service to get faulty bag warranty
The bag was great for the first 2 weeks. but then the seam on the bottom of the dry bag started to separate and pull apart. I have tried to calling customer service multiple times but guess what, they don't have a warranty and there is no one who will help you. just some random person who answers the phone and says "ill take down your information and someone will get back to you." No one ever gets back to you. I have been trying desperately to get help because the bag is exactly what I wanted for my bike commute. it is unfortunate that a company who makes a useful product has such HORRIBLE customer service.

Perfect 4 day max carry on! Laptop pouch can use some adjustment.
This is an amazing carry on suit bag. I think 4 days is the max for this, I just got back from Vegas and had 1 suit, 2 dress shirts, additional casual wear, dress shoes, toiletries and all my chargers. Comes with a few nice accessories like a small accessory bag for cables, etc. I took one star off because at full capacity it's very difficult to get a laptop (2015 MBP 15") to fit in the zipper pouch, but it still worked. It would be nice on the next version to have that slot expandable slightly at the edges so the shape of the bag doesn't impact ability to put a laptop in and out of that pouch. Overall very very happy though.

Excellent product, does what it should with style
This backpack is great. I commute about 20 miles daily on my bike in all conditions. I don't keep a suit in the bag, but usually nice pants and a button-up oxford shirt or a polo. Creasing and wrinkles are minimal, certainly much lower than when I used to fold my clothes to fit into a regular backpack. Quality of materials and craftsmanship is top-notch. The bag is comfortable, the straps are well-positioned, the chest-strap is great (and necessary). Interior bag is made of tough plasticy drybag-like-material and is pretty cavernous- I've stuffed shoes, bike parts, clothes, lunch, books, even a small mtn biking backpack, and all kinds of other things in there. There are a few minor shortcomings- first, the interior bag is impossible to access once you've got the pack rolled up. A small zipper on the top would make it much easier to gain access to things like sunglasses that you wouldn't want to keep in the flat exterior pocket. Another is that I wouldn't trust the laptop pocket to keep your computer completely dry in a decent rain- while the raincover is great, the way the bag is positioned on your back leaves the top of the laptop sleeve exposed to the falling rain and it seems like it would soak through after a few minutes in a downpour. I haven't had this happen so I hope it's not an unfair assumption on my part, but hopefully the next version of the pack will come with a fully waterproof laptop pocket.

the dry-bag can be a pretty tight fit for anything other than garments and shoes ...
This fundamentally improved the convenience of my bicycle commute. However, this newer version came with the dry-bag instead of the side-zip bag and did not include the rain cover for the entire pack. I will ride in heavy rain, so I would prefer the full rain cover for my piece of mind when I carry electronics. Also, the dry-bag can be a pretty tight fit for anything other than garments and shoes as it loads from the top; I had other items in mind for the internal bag.I was attracted to the backpack style rather than the messenger style because the location of the padded laptop (very generous size) is between the shoulder straps rather than a slip-style ipad pocket on the rear outside of the bag as it is on the latter.Regardless of the absent rain-cover and the dry-bag, This still gets 5 stars because it is one of the best thought-out products I have ever owned. At $200, I consider the function and convenience to be a bargain.
