Umm is this a joke? I read the reviews and they kept saying how “firm” the pillow is and that it’s the “best pillow ever.” I took it out of the packaging and was instantly disappointed. I smooshes down to a flat pancake with very little pressure of my hands. So flimsy and ridiculous for a $110 pillow. Now trying to return it, I find there is no option to conveniently return it to Kohl’s, I have to UPS it! Unbelievable. This is NOT as advertised. I wouldn’t even pay $5 on this pillow. Don’t waste your time!

Pillow is really expensive. Is really nice though exactly like one at a 4-5* resort hotel (years ago I gathered pillow tag information from room). The previous same pillow brand purchased years ago lasted 5 years before becoming flat enough to purchase a new one. Still using old pillow. Feathers don’t poke out through outer cover which is really good for a down pillow.All I can say about softness and comfort is that once you own a down pillow you will not want any other type to sleep on.

I have been searching for a comfortable pillow for years and this just might be it! Not too flat...not too lofty...just right. I have found that I am not waking up during the night to readjust, fluff or reposition myself. I have tried pillows claiming to be "the most comfortable pillow you will ever own", foam pillows claiming to keep your neck aligned and many others but with my new Downlite I am sleeping through the night in comfort. Thank you.

These are certainly luxurious but much softer than the ones I used at a hotel recently by the same maker. I slept on them one night and decided that they were not supportive enough for me as a side sleeper. I sent them back and ordered others that purport to be firmer.

Initial size just right But disappointing that the area my head was using became flat so that my head was in a hole in the down.

I really like my firm pillow. It is definitely for a side sleeper. I will buy another one. I thought I would buy one first to see if it was comfortable or not. I was a little disappointed in how long it took me to get it. But, other than that it is definitely a good buy. For that reason, I give it a 5.

I was searching for a pillow that gave me the great night's sleep I got when I stay at 4 star hotels. I finally found that pillow with the Downlite firm goose down pillow. It gives great support, but yet is soft and very comfortable. Comparing the price to other European goose down pillows, it is a bargain.

The best sleep in years. These are the best pillows we have ever owned. After searching everywhere for hotel quality down, we finally found these. We bought medium firm and firm for two bedrooms in king and standard sizes. Top quality in every way. We are side sleepers and need something that can be molded around our neck without losing shape. A little more expensive but worth it
