Excellent product. Super fast installation, the next day. Looks elegant. Giant plus is the inbuilt battery which resolved the biggest con of the M2. Keep in mind it can only be mounted can’t be table top.

I recently bought the M2 and the preset dispensing options are my favourite feature. Just one tap for a glass or bottle and it shuts off automatically. It seemed like a small detail detail at first but it has saved time and made the whole experience smoother, especially during busy mornings. The app is very straightforward and easy to navigate. We check the live TDS and filter health often and it’s reassuring to have complete visibility instead of relying on assumptions or waiting for a technician to explain things. From a design point of view, the M2 stands out. It has a modern and premium look and blends perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. In short, the M2 feels like a purifier that actually understands what users need: convenience, clarity, and zero worry. Very happy with the upgrade.

Nice product working fine till now the only problem with the device is if i switched off the device the entire machine will be off and no water outlet will update after using for some months

I chose the Native M2 after dealing with years of random repair costs and confusing AMC terms with previous purifiers. Every part of the RO is covered — filters, membrane, electronics, everything. No fine print or “wear and tear not included” or surprise charges later. For the first time I don’t have to worry about money thinking something might fail in a few months. That peace of mind alone makes the M2 worth it. The purifier itself has been great too. The preset dispensing options are helpful for day to day use with appropriate water flow with good water quality and the app gives complete clarity on what is happening inside the RO. But the warranty is what sets this RO apart. It feels like the brand is actually standing behind its product. If you’re tired of unexpected bills and unclear servicing terms then this model is a great choice. I would say value for money product.

I have been using the Urban Company water purifier for almost 7 months now, and the experience has been very good. The taste of the purified water is completely different from tap water, and you can clearly notice the improvement in quality. One thing I really like is that the purifier shows detailed readings—starting from the tap water level, the filtration process, and finally the purity level of the water you drink. The app is also very useful. It provides monthly reports showing total water usage, litres consumed, and even daily or hourly usage trends. You can monitor everything easily through the app. The installation was smooth without any issues, and so far we haven't faced any problems with the purifier.
