Clock didn’t work I got return label , Hermes who delivered it gave me a bar code label to use and charged £6.04 for returning. You said if I was not at fault you would refund postage. Where is my refund as I followed instructions.

I bought this clock but couldn’t get it to set automatically so tried to do it manually by turning off the remote control setting but it wouldn’t turn off .The hand just keep spinning and shaking.The sellers were very good and replaced it with a new one free of charge so I binned the first one.Unfortunately the new one was no better but I solved the problem, I bought a new manual mechanism and fitted it to the clock.Now it not only looks really good in my hot tub area but it actually tells the time too.To sum up, great looking clock , shame it didn’t work .Very helpful seller, thank you 😊

I'm really pleased with this clock. I'm using it inside so won't have the problems of the other reviewers. I wouldn't think the mechanism would cope with the Great British weather. For £14.00 it's an absolute bargain because its huge and radio controlled.

the face of the clock has bubbled up showing creases and blobs on the face - very visible. Dissapointed

I would only give this clock 2 stars due to the fact that the clock face only being made of sticky back plastic and not stuck level hence it is all crinkled (i think 2* is on the generous side) seller advised.
