Core Power comes in a variety of flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Honey, and Strawberry Banana. I purchased the Vanilla flavor, and it is incredible. It goes down so smooth, and is delicious to the last drop. Here is what I’ve found in the few weeks of using the product after workouts, and have even found a few other uses for the product. I have once again started my workouts after a brief hiatus, and I would have expected there to be some normal aches and pains from not having been active for a little while. Yes, those aches and pains are there, but what is great, is after my workouts, I’ve cracked open a Core Power, felt refreshed and replenished, and the following day, I feel absolutely great!! No Joke!! There is very limited aches and pains, and my muscles have felt great and ready to do more. It is a feeling I hadn’t had for a while. Usually, it takes a day or two to recover, but that recovery period has shrunk since introducing Core Power to my recovery routine. Also, I have found since Core Power is a high protein drink, I’ve used it a few times in the morning as a meal substitute, and it has been able to fill me up just fine, which I find nice with my schedule being so hectic these days. It is a very reliable product for me in that sense. I am so happy that I’ve been able to work with Core Power, and I am so proud to say that they will be my product of choice when it comes to my recovery from workouts. I can’t wait to try the Strawberry Banana and Honey Flavored Drinks! I would like to again thank Core Power for their great service and product, and making me a true believer in it.

I did not notice until I saw an Amazon review that there are 2 sizes of this product. This 11.5 ou bottle is the original product. It has no artificial sweeteners but is loaded with sugar..26 gm...and has 240 calories. The other version which I originally drank comes in 14 ou bottles. It is the newer version...larger, but only 170 calories and no added sugar. It is sweetened with stevia, fruit juice and sucralose. Which tastes better will depend on your tastes. I found the original actually tastes less sweet..perhaps because the sweetners used in the new version are intensely sweet. Just writing this review so that people will be aware of the differences when ordering. I imagine the 11.5 ou original version will be phased out at some point. The 14 ou size used to be available at many grocery stores but has vanished, along with other Fairlife products. I am thankful Amazon continues to carry this product...for now.

Vanilla is ok I Like the Chocolate best

The shake is like drinking a milkshake and it is good to know that I’m doing something good for my body. I prefer vanilla, but the chocolate is also very good. I’ve tried a lot of protein shakes and in my opinion this is the best.

I have tried many protein drinks and have always came across those with a funny taste or after taste, gritty, powdery, and down right disgusting flavors. Core Power - Vanilla is the best drink by far! It has a true vanilla shake-like flavor in my opinion. It gives me the necessary protein I need either as a meal replacement or for post exercise recovery. It is very smooth with no grit or after taste. My family enjoys the Chocolate and Strawberry Banana flavors as well, but vanilla is the preferred flavor by all. As for price, I can usually find it in my local grocery stores for $2.99 a bottle. I find Core Power will run coupon promotions for $5 off a case, and combine that with subscribe and save you'll find Amazon has the better deal. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal replacement or exercise recovery drink. I would suggest trying individual bottles at your local store first to find the flavor you like best before purchasing a full case.
