Don’t always trust what they say
I bought this gel as ready in many places and social media that clears the skin. Awful, it made my skin break around the lower part of the face so much. Acne was under skin . As soon as i stopped they all cleared.

Good for digestion
I bought Wyld Herbs Sea Moss Gel on the recommendation of a friend. So far, it's worked wonders for my digestion. It's got a mild, pleasant taste. Easy to blend into smoothies. I also had it with tea. And already I'm feeling a difference in digestion, which is always been a bit "tricky" for me. I really recommend you try it out, especially if you have digestive issues.

I bought sea moss gel once before & hated it so I was nervous about trying again but I love this stuff. I put it in my smoothie altho I don’t mind it straight out the jar. I probably will be repurchasing
