My nails are crazy strong
My nails were already healthy but after 2 weeks my nails are extremely stronger than before. Usually when they get long they start to thin and peel, but they are thick and healthy. Also I've never had my nails grow so fast!This supplement was good for my overall health as some supplements can upset my stomach where this did not. I don't even have to take everyday and it lasts a little longer on every other day.Worth it in my opinion
