Installed easily in our wall leading to a deck. Pets adapted quickly to going in and out (1 25-lb dog, 1 7-lb cat). Door is solid and high quality, well insulated, no air is coming in from the sides.

Installation instructions are well wrote. Door is fairly easy to install and seals well with the 3 flaps. I used seam tape to seal the edge where tunnels come together to be sure of no sharp edges in tunnel and keep moisture out of wall. Very happy with this product.

This dog door is perfect for both my small and large dog. It looks great and fits tight to the wall so there are no gaps. Dogs can enter and exit quietly, which is a huge plus for me since my last dog door was very loud and would wake my sleeping baby. Installation wasn’t easy, but that’s because we had to cut through a few obstacles. The manufacturer did make installation as easy as possible, the provided template was a lifesaver. Overall the quality is great and it’s a good value for the price.

Original email to Ellion customer service bounced, but was apparently not due to faulty address. After back and forth communication, they send replacement flaps for the originals that were warped and not sealing properly. So now all is remedied. Product is excellent, but I deduct one star for original defective flaps. I would buy this again if and when needed.

This pet door is very nice. Easy to install and works perfectly.

We replaced our Petsafe plastic tunnel with this brand. Was impressed with the metal frame and metal tunnel, much higher quality. It was the same size as previous door, feels like it will hold in the heat better also. Even the lockable door is metal, and sunce its the same size our old plastic door will also still work.

I gifted this pet door to a friend for her dog, hoping it would be a great solution, but unfortunately, she ended up returning it. The installation process was more complicated than expected, and the door just didn’t meet her needs. The insulation feature sounded promising, but it didn’t perform as well as we hoped. Overall, not what we expected, and it didn’t work out for her and her dog.
