Great supplement, significant changes noticed.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I have a consistent problem with my digestive system wanting me to keep all my meals inside for several days (or longer). I have tried digestive enzymes, pre-probiotics, magnesium, Ashwagandha, extra caffeine, light laxatives like MiraLAX, Selenium, etc. I take two of these 30 minutes before I eat in the morning and I have coffee probably halfway through that time because I can’t wait and my coffee does have milk and cream. In 30 to 40 minutes I get to say goodbye to yesterday‘s meal. This is a godsend for me and Something that I will always have on stock. I love that this is made in the USA which makes me trust it more. I also love that this is lower price than many other products on the market. It also has more of a dosage than those other products. Though I do get free products for reviews, this is not one of them. I did research and found this one on my own! Nobody suggested this brand to me, nor did I records any kind of incentive. This is 100 % my experience and my money.

Honestly, after using TUDCA daily, my issues with my liver were gone within 30 days. For months I had problems with post-meal pain, but that’s gone. My bloodwork showed dramatically improved liver enzymes, my doctor was impressed and had asked me what had changed and took me off my restrictions in my diet. I took this as recommended daily for a month and everything has been better ever since, I wrote this post now, which is months afterwards to see if the pain or my test results would change back prior to taking it and it hasn’t. For me, it's been a simple, powerful boost to my overall health and digestion. Highly recommend this product and hopefully it will work as well as it has for me.
