I made pizza's in an outdoor oven a lot, and this has made turning the pizzas both quicker and easier. I got one because I saw my friend using it and I have not been disappointed. It's easy and fast to use.

I use this mainly with my Gozney Roccbox pizza oven. It works well, the handle is long enough to where I'm not too close to the flame, but also not too long. It cleans up fairly easily after making pizza. Pretty much the perfect size for making a 12" or smaller pizza. I've also used it when baking calzones in my pizza oven. Maybe this next winter, if it gets too cold, I will probably use it with a pizza steel inside my regular oven.Have not tried using this to lift out a detroit style pizza pan, or a chicago pizza pan before. I'm sure it could handle it, but there are definitely better ways to get those pans out of the oven. For neapolitan, new york, or chicago tavern style pizza, though, this turning peel works great!

This is a great turning peel for the price. The product I received had a couple of scratches but the seller made it right so I am happy. It feels light yet sturdy. You can't go wrong with this turning peel.

Works well in my pizza oven. Never sticks and easy to slide under the pie.

I am thoroughly satisfied with this pizza peel. It enables me yo quickly and easily rotate the pizza in my Bertello pizza oven. Before purchasing and using this pizza peel, I had to use a large pizza peel to remove the pizza from the oven and rotate it by hand. I now rotate the pizza while still cooking in the oven. This allows me to cook a number of pizzas more quickly.

When I first got my Ooni Pizza Oven, I only had the peel to use to put the pizzas in and out and maneuver turning the pizzas while baking. the Ooni bakes very fast and fumbling with a large peel guarantees burned edges. Once I got this smaller and round peel, it changed everything. It is so much easier to use and get the fast turns you need to get for a delicious and perfectly cooked pizza. This is a game changer!!! Highly Recommend!

Perfect to use in my ooni karu 12 for turning pizza pies! Use it all the time.

Doesn't have a hugely large handle so nifty to use in tight spaces especially if you have an electric pizza oven.
