Organic Peru, Natural dry process, Unroasted Green Coffee Beans, Mega Beans Coffee, Dry/Natural Method (5Lb)

I roast them myself. My only negative is the resulting coffee is rocket fuel. That is my fault cause I light roast and have a speciality coffee maker to do maximize. But great taste. But really strong, or can be. My wife is Peruvian and I gave her a jar that I roasted and she loved it.

The quality of the coffee is good. I have roasted quite a bit of it and found no rocks or debris.I originally bought because the notes of marshmallow. I have roasted from light to city plus and not really tasted any marshmallow. Does have a distinct flavor though. Not bad. Who doesn’t like the smell of fresh brewed coffee.Over the size for the money isn’t bad. I don’t think I would buy it again as the marshmallow was a let down.

It just didn’t. It seemed a little wet, but I really liked it. Anyway I love Peruvian coffee. It’s a Peaberry. It was good. The weight was good.

I was buying similar beans elsewhere found these. The price was much better and the quality is good.

Hard to believe the flavor of the Peru coffee. I roasted many green beans from Amazon. So far this is a good one.
