Works well, helps to create sleepiness. I've been using it for almost one month.

Significantly cheaper than most melatonin out there, and this stuff works. It knocks you out. Within half an hour i'm drowsy and before i know it i'm out. Be careful with 10mg pills; i would suggest cutting them in half or starting with a 3mg tablet before getting 10mg, which can have adverse effects if you are not used to melatonin supplements or don't know how much is right for you.

I use one tablet at night to help me get to sleep. Does the job. Tablet, for me, is easy to swallow.

The best brand and price of melatonin I’ve found! Easy to swallow, a small size, a good quality product that works well, no taste, I hate the dissolvable melatonin. I feel refreshed every morning when I get up. I wish the lid was child proof though and that’s the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars.

I take Ambien nightly, have for years, and adding Melatonin at night solves one of the sleeping pill's issues. . .lack of dreaming. I get much better, less interrupted sleep.
