The one who are looking for physical therapy this one is for you, stiching are good and the material is sturdy, planning for two more but you should have to buy two pieces because the sizes little narrow. It works but no grip
It works coz it’s thicker so your joints don’t hurt ,but it’s got no grip, so make sure you have a carpet or another yoga mat under for the grip.
