Nice looking product with rapid and great responses for any questions
As many reviewers indicated: difficulty to install. In brief: 1. The water inlet to the tank is hidden inside at the bottom back of the tank. Once the toilet is installed, it leaves no space to reach it. YOU MUST CONNECT THE WATER LINE FIRST TO THE TOILET BEFORE THE TOILET. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO UNINSTALL EVERYTHING. 2. Be prepared with a small ranch to fix the screw from the side holes. 3. The screws that fix the toilet covers are also hidden behind the toilet, you got have to do it if you want to install a washlet. Or you have to remove the whole toilet off. 4. This one piece toilet is heavy. I have to use a small winch to lift it up above the drainpipe, then align and low down. 5. The sucking force of the toilet seems not strong as I expected. It works ok when the quantity of waste is minimum. ----------- Following ups: Despite of the difficulties, it turns out a reasonable nice piece of product. In addition, the sellers have great responses for the questions raised.

GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT COMPANY SUPPORT
This Horow ADA toilet was installed as a part of a bathroom renovation for accessibilty. It has an attractive, contemporary skirted style & fits the small space perfectly. Additionaly, the ADA height of 17+" is indeed a comfortable height. The flush is surprisingly powerful and cleans the entire bowl with a single flush. Most importantly, the Horow customer support is superior. They were quick to respond and proactively stayed in regular contact. It turned out to be a simple question, but the follow-up was excellent. It was refreshing to experience this level of personal attention & support from a company today. (Renovation is incomplete as of this posting) I am very happy withy this choice and would definitely buy a Horow product again.

The Horrow toilet has a clean style and customer service is top notch!
I had hired a plumber to install it, so I’m not sure how difficult installation is, but I love the clean look and convenience. I upgraded the seat to an electric one which I absolutely love! Only advice on the makers of the seat would be to illuminate all the buttons for easier viewing, especially at night. Although it is easy to feel which one is the correct button and within days I could do it in the dark. I absolutely love the warm seat and I use hardly any toilet paper now! The seat and the upgraded version is sturdier than the original nonelectric one. But for the ease of not having electric, the first one would do would still save a lot of money with less toilet paper and just feels a lot cleaner using water rather than toilet paper! Excellent value for the money!!! The only reason I gave it a four star and not a five would be because this review is for the toilet with the original non-electric seat which I would say would be a four but with this electric seat, I would give it five stars! The original seat did come cracked, but Customer Service was very easy to work with via email and sent out a new toilet seat quickly! My basement toilet is also a Horrow. It was easy to install but since the space in my upstairs bathroom is tighter, I hired a plumber for this one. I highly recommend Horow!

This is a really nice fixture.
This a wonderful toilet. Flushes fast. Nice modern look. My Plumber was highly impressed with it and has recommended it to his clients. Going to be so easy to clean around it. I’m just about to buy another one for the other bathroom.

Great toilet, amazing customer service
We ordered two of these toilets to replace the old ones in our fixer upper. Anything would have been better than what we had, but our priorities for toilet functions were flushing power and being easy to clean. The toilet bowl doesn’t hold a lot of water, which is a perk for cleaning but we questioned whether it would be more difficult to flush everything down. Hasn’t been an issue at all. We’re a family of 5 and this toilet gets a 10/10 for flushing power/capabilities and being easy to clean and keep clean. The flush is also quiet, the soft close toilet seat closes softly during the chaos of the day and the wee hours of the night, install was straightforward for a husband who had never installed a toilet before, the comfort height is comfortable for adults and toddlers alike (keep a stool nearby), and you can appreciate the intuitive flush design that says the smaller button is for less water and the bigger button is for more water. We saw a lot of other reviewers complain about the toilet seat being wiggly and needing to get the upgrade. We may upgrade in the future but we don’t see the toilet seat being an issue for us anytime soon. Special note on phenomenal customer service: We installed one toilet about a month before we tried to install the second. (We had a baby come six weeks early.) It turned out that the second toilet needed the 10” rough-in. It was after our return window had closed, but the customer service for this company went above and beyond to accept our return, send us the 10”-rough-in replacement, and offered things we never would have even asked for to make our lives easier. They responded to all of our messages thoroughly and quickly. Happy to support a company that goes above and beyond to support their customers, and comforted to know that if we ever do have any issues then they will be easy to contact. Overall, we’re beyond pleased with these toilets and the customer service of this company. Did I mention that we price-shopped and the price was the best on Amazon?

Like my ex-wife. Beautiful but refuses to work, And High maintenance. Regretful choice.
I replaced a Kohler one piece toilet. It was a high style black one from the 80s but was so low it was hard for some guests to get off of. This is the main guest half bath right off the front hall, so for parties it is the one everyone goes to. I thought a Matte Black versus the high gloss black one would be easier to maintain as I was always going into the bathroom to touch up water spots on the high gloss black. Wrong. It showed spots worse. More importantly, the matte finish makes the interior of the bowl grab onto the toilet paper and not flush down easily. It will take 4 or 5 flushes to get a piece of toilet paper that has stuck itself to the side of the bowl and not fully down in the water. IF it won't flush down a square of toilet paper use your imagination for other things. ONE PARTY and I am getting a different toilet. Nothing kills a party like a toilet that clogs several times. It does not have any power to the flush, especially given the matte finish seems to increase the friction and drag. It is beautiful when clean and not being used, yes, but not very good for anything more than looking at. I ordered a gloss black "tornado flush" one piece that I hope will work great in addition to looking good. It had great reviews but then so did this one. I think a lot of people review them immediately after getting it or installing it (and people are right. Install is a nightmare. MAKE SURE TO ATTACH THE WATER LINE TO THE TOILET before setting it in place. Attach the other end to the shutoff valve on the wall after the toilet has been set on it's wax ring and bolted down. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND) and they are thrilled with how the toilet looks after the installation. And it looked gorgeous, as the vanity was high gloss lacquer and the vanity top was a matte finish black. This toilet mimicked the matte vanity top and looked fantastic in the Asian theme bathroom. But hand people a plunger when they go into the powder room. It will save you being interrupted numerous times by an embarrassed guest reporting a problem in the half bath.
