As many reviewers indicated: difficulty to install. In brief: 1. The water inlet to the tank is hidden inside at the bottom back of the tank. Once the toilet is installed, it leaves no space to reach it. YOU MUST CONNECT THE WATER LINE FIRST TO THE TOILET BEFORE THE TOILET. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO UNINSTALL EVERYTHING. 2. Be prepared with a small ranch to fix the screw from the side holes. 3. The screws that fix the toilet covers are also hidden behind the toilet, you got have to do it if you want to install a washlet. Or you have to remove the whole toilet off. 4. This one piece toilet is heavy. I have to use a small winch to lift it up above the drainpipe, then align and low down. 5. The sucking force of the toilet seems not strong as I expected. It works ok when the quantity of waste is minimum. ----------- Following ups: Despite of the difficulties, it turns out a reasonable nice piece of product. In addition, the sellers have great responses for the questions raised.

I needed a compact toilet but really wanted the elongated seat. None of the regular manufacturers carried in the box stores were compact enough. This toilet fit the dimensions with an inch or two to spare. It’s comfortable, looks nice, is easy to clean and works as a toilet should. Not to mention was cheaper than the ones at the box stores.

I decided to buy two Horow toilets after a long search online. The price and quality met my expectations. Visually, it's modern and pleasing to the eye.The height is perfect, especially for those with lower back problems. Installation was smooth and easy, according to the installer. Communication with the seller was excellent. The flushing system is robust and leak-free. I highly recommend this toilet.

So far so good. We got them installed yesterday. They were very easy to install. The only issue we have was that the screws it came with didn’t fit the existing base ring. But after we got a couple that did, installation was a breeze. They have very good flushing power, the bidet is awesome and the toilet is compact and sturdy.

I replaced a Kohler one piece toilet. It was a high style black one from the 80s but was so low it was hard for some guests to get off of. This is the main guest half bath right off the front hall, so for parties it is the one everyone goes to. I thought a Matte Black versus the high gloss black one would be easier to maintain as I was always going into the bathroom to touch up water spots on the high gloss black. Wrong. It showed spots worse. More importantly, the matte finish makes the interior of the bowl grab onto the toilet paper and not flush down easily. It will take 4 or 5 flushes to get a piece of toilet paper that has stuck itself to the side of the bowl and not fully down in the water. IF it won't flush down a square of toilet paper use your imagination for other things. ONE PARTY and I am getting a different toilet. Nothing kills a party like a toilet that clogs several times. It does not have any power to the flush, especially given the matte finish seems to increase the friction and drag. It is beautiful when clean and not being used, yes, but not very good for anything more than looking at. I ordered a gloss black "tornado flush" one piece that I hope will work great in addition to looking good. It had great reviews but then so did this one. I think a lot of people review them immediately after getting it or installing it (and people are right. Install is a nightmare. MAKE SURE TO ATTACH THE WATER LINE TO THE TOILET before setting it in place. Attach the other end to the shutoff valve on the wall after the toilet has been set on it's wax ring and bolted down. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND) and they are thrilled with how the toilet looks after the installation. And it looked gorgeous, as the vanity was high gloss lacquer and the vanity top was a matte finish black. This toilet mimicked the matte vanity top and looked fantastic in the Asian theme bathroom. But hand people a plunger when they go into the powder room. It will save you being interrupted numerous times by an embarrassed guest reporting a problem in the half bath.

Great product, well built. Comes with everything you need, low flush, right height seat. Looks ultra modern, would not hesitate to buy again plus it fits under the banjo of the kitchen counter with 5-6” of clearance to flush. Very quiet toilet and CB probably the best wax ring ever to come with a toilet. It is a heavy toilet though.

An amazing toilet. Easy to install. Comfortable to sit on. Works beautifully. Slow closing toilet seat is very welcome especially when you have kids. Very well made. It will be east to replace the innards when the time comes. Very happy with my choice.

Beautiful, compact toilet. Love the design. Bought it for a small bathroom (10” rough-in) and it fits perfectly. A bit tricky to secure to the floor, but all of the ones in this style are.

The toilet arrived in excellent condition. There was no difficulty with the installation. It fit the small space as I was limited to the height.
