I noticed a difference pretty quickly in my mood and mental clarity. I add a scoop to my coffee each morning. It has an earthy taste but it's not overbearing, and I barely notice it after adding sugar and cream. I have found that using a frothing wand is the best way to mix it in completely. I have only tried it in hot coffee but I imagine it would blend well with any meals where you would typically find mushrooms. I have used other mushroom mixes and I feel like this one is on par as far as ingredients, energy, mental clarity but this offered a larger quantity at a better price.

I drink this with cocoa powder, pure maple, and hot water every morning and it has made a noticeable impact on my mental acuity especially during those high demand periods of the day like getting kids ready and out the door for school. It's almost indistinguishable in its effect for me for focus, digestive health, and energy levels as some of the mainstream mushroom drinks, and about 1/3 the cost, which was the difference between taking a mushroom supplement and foregoing it for me! It's definitely earthy and I do NOT like it with coffee, but it's great with cocoa powder or broth. Of course, everyone's body is different, but I have been happy with this addition to my morning routine and the effect it has on my everyday life!

Tastes great. But shitake is killing my gut. I'll have to stick to others without shitake. If your gut can tolerate it, it's rather tasty.

Threw out, could not get it down, like drinking clumpy sawdust. Therefore, can’t speak to effectiveness.

I add this to my morning coffee. It has a great blend of supportive mushrooms and is a more economical way to have a mushroom coffee blend. I think it mellows out the bitterness of the coffee. Very recommended.

Doesn’t dissolve well in hot water and has a strong taste, not much mg per mushroom, need to use more but the taste.

I had to find a replacement for my former mushroom blend. This has more varieties in the blend and is also less expensive, win/win.
