My go-to gym gloves for years
I've been using these for years now. I don't like sweaty hands, I don't like chalk (dries my hands and doesn't work as well), I don't like shredding my hands on the knurling, and I'm not a huge fan of calluses. Most lifting gloves will hamper your grip, though. Not these. They cover just enough to give you a secure grip and protect the important parts (and inch above and below the knuckles). They have no padding whatsoever, so you still feel the bar as if you weren't wearing anything, and your grip depth isn't changed. Your fingers still meet your naked palm. The grip however is super secure, thanks to the little silicon dots. The fact that they're dots instead of one uninterrupted silicon layer allows the glove to be just as flexible as your naked hand.I lift 3 times a week, with a lot of (relatively) heavy pulling, and use them from start to finish. I do have to order new ones about once or twice a year, only because the little dots along my finger base tend to go first, which I think is normal. The gloves however are still functional at that time, but given the price, I'd rather get new ones before I actually have to. I've had many pairs over the years and never had any issue with the seams (or anything else). My (woman's) hands are 3 3/8" (8.6cm) across the knuckles, the Medium fits perfectly.

Nice product, got wrong size for me
My hand measurement (3 ") was right between women's small and med (I looked on their website for fit guide). As I was going to use them to help grip when doing pullups, I chose the small, since some folks said they had issues with slippage. Well, I should have bought the mediums, since they are kinda tight and tire out my hands quickly-- hand muscles fighting the tight elastic when gripping the bar. The product itself is well made, very grippy dots, and pretty easy to get on and off. Learn from my mistake, kids...

I wish I had seen these an hour earlier as my hands were in bad shape for a few weeks
I first saw the FitFour Gloves a few months ago at my first Spartan race. I'd just torn the calluses off on my hand doing rope obstacles, I wish I had seen these an hour earlier as my hands were in bad shape for a few weeks. I picked these up and just used them for back-to-back races and they worked great. My hand were doing much better at the end of day two as opposed two some of my fellow runners who complained about rope burn and roughed up hands.Pros: Light weight and unobtrusive, they don't hold water and weigh your hands down. I hardly noticed them during my running. They provided extra grip and protection during my rope related obstacles. They fit in small running pockets well.Cons: Not great when wet on metal. I did a test grab on a bar related obstacle and they actually made my grip worse, so I took them off. If they are dry, they work fine on bars. A little slow to get back on mid race, but not terrible. Because they are smaller, slightly higher risk of losing them. The only reason I'm not giving these 5 stars is because of the slippery aspect I experienced when they were wet, but I was not totally surprised by this. As long as you are aware of that if you use these for OCR you will be fine, and you can evaluate when to use them per obstacle. FWIW, I did recommend FitFour to another racer in my group and she picked up a pair on site before the race. After the race she did tell me she was really happy with the gloves. I'll always have a pair on me at race time.

I am impressed!
I am impressed! I must say, these looked a little flimsy to me but so far they have held up through about 10 WODs with no problems. I've been doing Crossfit seriously for a couple years, and I've tried changes in technique, taping, and extra chalk, but my hands were still getting torn up. I thought I had figured it out, and then it finally happened to me - two very large, torn and bloody calluses (one on each hand!) in the same workout. In the adrenaline of the moment, I taped my hands up and kept going, but the pain later was amazing. I couldn't use my hands productively for about a week. That was the last straw, so I had to try some gloves. The Gripper was my first choice based on reviews, and I'm pleased to report that the moderate reviews are right on the money. These gloves, minimalist though they are, work as advertised. They stay firmly in place, and don't move around even when I'm doing some serious kipping or kettlebell work. They do have a tendency to bunch up just a bit, but it's a slight irritation at worst. I notice a bit of pinching above the gloves where they seem to dig in a little bit, but again, not a major problem. By measurement, I was right on the line between large and extra-large gloves, so I opted for the smaller size to keep them a bit snug, which they definitely are. I find that I need to take them off as soon as I am done with the WOD or my hands start to ache. The larger size would have been more comfortable for standing around in, but I wouldn't want to risk having them slide around on my hand. Your call, but be aware that if you are right on the line between two sizes, the smaller size might be uncomfortably snug, but will stay in place under stress. The bottom line is this: many Crossfit-type exercises are hell on your hands, especially when you get good enough to really start pushing yourself at a higher pace and heavier weights. Nothing will completely protect your hands without getting at least somewhat in your way. Despite any minor annoyances, these gloves do a great job of protecting you from 80% of the abuse that your hands will take. Their major advantage is in protecting your palms at the base of your fingers, and as any serious Cross-fitter knows, this is where you do the most damage. They protect this specific area of your hands really well, and any other damage your hands take is minor and secondary. Reviewers talking about the gloves slipping up or down on their hands most likely went up a size from where they should be or, more likely, they are gripping the bar or weight too hard, which is what causes most calluses to rip in the first place. Lighten up, chalk up (yes, even with the gloves on), and remember - this is Crossfit, not knitting class!

お勧めしません
使い勝手は悪くないのですが、生地が薄いので保護の役割を果たさないと思います。掌の痛みは緩和されずマメも悪化しました。結局普通のグローブ使用に戻りました。

Buen guante
Aunque es un poco delgado va bien porque sirve para evitar los callos para los que hacemos cross-fit o fitness en general. A mi me va super bien porque no hace sudar las manos como otros con otro tipo de tejidos
