This worked perfectly and included everything
Ignore the warning about this being a frequently returned part. I found this to be perfectly good quality and it worked, but my problem turned out to be the gas valve and I had to return this part to stay within my repair budget.The documentation included was surprisingly comprehensive and it even came with a wire diagram and code key sticker to apply to the case for the next technician to look at. I would have just kept it but my old one was fine and my whole furnace is very old and will need to be entirely replaced probably in the next year or so.

Works great!
I have a 1999 Bryant 350MAV furnace and this properly replaced the original HK42FZ011 control board. Even though it looks different and the wires were in different spots, it worked great. Just go slow and figure out each wire one by one. YouTube videos helped diagnose my issues and gave me installation tips. About 5 spade connections on the new board were wider than the old board. I had to buy a pack of wider spade female connectors at Home Depot for $5 ahead of the install. I am very happy with this purchase. Great price and fast shipping.

The board works, but needs some small changes - Update: gas valve not working, contacting seller...
The board replaces my HK42FZ009. All functions seem to work. However, there are two spade terminals (24V Sec.) that are too big, and I have to make two convertors.Update 12/8/2024: I didn't test the gas valve since it was summer. Now I found that the gas valve does not work, no 24V to the valve. I'm contacting the seller since it's still in the 1-year warranty, but still no response.

It was pretty much take the plug off of the one I had and plug on to this one. It also showed up quickly.

Exact match. Came in quick and did the job.

Not exact match
Mounts are not the same so it can't be mounted properly, connector pins/plugs dont match the OEM design, supplied adapters also do not match and would need to be modified significantly to make work. The price is right though3/5 stars, would buy again.

Bad circuit board
Defective board. No power out on pl1 and pl2. LED is coming on and defaults to code 31 due to inducer motor not cycling on.
