Compact and sleek product, value for money
Sleek product, delivers what it promises. May be a bit heavy because of the metal enclosure. On a MacBook Air 2018 gives a read speed of 3000 mbps and write speed of 2100 mbps. One of the cheapest 40 Gbps enclosures available at amazon. On M4 Mac mini the results are even better: 3144 and 3169, respectively.

Excellent product. Looks great and sturdy.Well built. Gives speed of 3000Mbps read and write with WD SN850X 8tb SSD in my Mac Studio M2 Max.Only issue is it’s over heating . Heats too much while transferring large files.Other than that no issues. Perfectly working 👍

An enclosure that supports gen4 ssd and delivers 40Gbps speed
I was on the hunt for a speedy and portable external drive setup that can handle editing full 4K videos. I’ve tried various SSDs and external enclosures, but finding a USB4 or TB4 enclosure with reliable support has been a real challenge and full 40Gbps speed is more rare. But this enclosure gives the promised speed on my Mac, and I’ve successfully transferred up to 1TB of files and even rendered direct 4K videos without any issues. On my pc which has only usb3.2 gen2 slot i get 1000Mbps. I think this is going to be my main project drive for awhile.

Good TB4 External SSD Drive Compatible with PCIe 4.0
The media could not be loaded. Best Ever Thunderbolt Enclosure under Budget
I am happy with the purchase. Got exactly advertised speed. Having inbuilt cooling fan which enhance performance by allowing better heat dissipation mechanism.Highly recommended for video editor, photographer, Gamer etc. Universal compatible with Mac, Windows and Linux users, support upto 8TB M.2 2280 Nvme SSD. Best SSD to use is SAMSUNG 980/990 PRO
