although I haven't yet decided whether I prefer spermidine which has been synthetically produced or spermidine derived from wheat germ. I don't take this every day, because spermidine is a supplement where more is definitely not better--in fact, its good effects can actually reverse and become negative effects if you take too much. So every other day is the max I will take this. Still, this supplement seems pure and good quality.

Honestly any anti aging supplements is very subjective and could be a placebo unless you do before and after blood work I assume. I had tried NAD+ so now I'm trying this.Here's to turning back the clock.
