I have issues with my neck and migraines. My chiropractor recommended a rapid release tool and after searching Amazon, the Hyako Pro seemed like a great product and well priced. I bought one and I absolutely love it. I use it every day wherever I am hurting and it really helps. The small metal tip is perfect for the area where the base of the skull meets the neck to work out knots and relieve tension. It is particularly convenient that you just need to turn the massager to the tip that you want to use. No searching for and switching attachments like those massage guns. It is also powerful and the charge lasts a very long time. A few weeks after I got mine, I sent one to my son as a gift to help with his sore muscles and tight calves. He loves it too. After several months of use, mine is working perfectly but his stopped working properly. I contacted customer service and Hyako responded within minutes and told me they would send him a free replacement. He received it a few days later and he is thrilled to have his favorite massager again and just in time to take with him on vacation. We both highly recommend this product and are very happy with how the company stands behind their product and their warranty.

This devices incredible.i had previously bought the other name brand device that is 10 times the cost of this device and though it was good I just couldn't justify the price and sent it back. I then found this device and was a bit skeptical at first. I mean how could this device that does the same thing be 10 times less than the other one? I Figured it would be cheap flemsy and have no power,but boy was wrong. Though is is rated for less power than the more expensive device, you can't tell the difference at all, it has plenty of power. I even like this device better than the more expensive device for a few reasons. This device is smaller and lighter than the other device, it fits in hand better and doesn't fatigue your wrist or arm. The other device comes with 2 batteries and a charging dock but the batteries only lasted about 15 minutes and took 3 hours to charge, but not so with this device..it has battery built into it and charges via a usb-c cable.. the battery in this device lasts a very long time, I've used it for days, multiple times per day and yet to need charged. I have many other massage devices including percussion and this is the best of all of them, it really gets down to the soft tissue and feels amazing. I honestly can't believe the quality of this device fir the price, it is sturdy and well built, you can feel the quality. I would highly recommend this device to anyone, you won't regret it

Absolutely love this product. For years, professional grade were just simply too expensive and difficult to apply yourself to your own back. This unit is compact, very effective and simply works great. Fully charged in less than 3 hours, and still is running after 4 hours of use over a 2 week period. Excellent product.

30 years in the pain management end of massage therapy with multiple national board certifications post licensure in corrective neuromuscular massage. This has become invaluable in my practice. I own a Theragun Pro, and several other percussion and vibrational tools, cupping sets, magnetic applicators, frequency forks, FIR infrared pads, hand tools, etc... and the addition of this to the mix has cut my triggerpoint/muscle release time by half. Used with advanced bodywork skills and disgression on placement, it creates a lot of heat faster than anything Ive ever used in my 30 years. Why heat? Frees the fascia, reduces the time spent on holding trigger points, increases the local circulation tremendously. It is small enough not to be taxing on holding it because the weight is easier than my percussors. So far for 4 weeks of constant use and making sure not to press hard enough so the red light goes on, it is a trooper. You do not need to press with this machine .

Love the massager, but on the ad it said long battery life 6-8hrs. I only got 2-2.5hrs even on the lowest setting. Then I just read in the enclosed pamphlet that it’s only 3hrs.??? It takes about 6-7hrs to recharge fully. I ordered another one and it was defective, works but gets loose or uneven at the neck.. concern that it will break soon and I only used it for 1.5hrs.Big dilemma about quality of product.. but I do like it.I like the concept and ease of use. Heat is a hit or miss.Will return the old one, and ask for an exchange for the new one. Last try.But would like to know exactly the battery life of 2-3hrs or 6-8hrs as advertised in the ad.3/24/25 This is an updated review giving a 5 stars. Euan the product manager reached out to me promptly to address my concerns and sent out a new replacement. Which works as very well. Battery life is about 3hrs and depending what level of power is used. I truly love the concept of the massager and the eased of using r with effective pain relief. So what's so interesting about a massager? Well, let me tell you that this is the home version of the chiropractic $1400 unit. The difference? cost and a bit of size. The 1st one I bought died within 1 hour of total use. It started making loud noises from the head bearings and so I returned it and got another one immediately. #2 was much better and I have been using it for months now around 3 -4 times/week. I use it on my arthritic right shoulder and surprisingly, the action is such that it "hurts so good:. What I mean is that you can travel all over your body (watch out for just skin over bone areas..ouch!) and it will tell you what areas it will benefit you by just using it all over your body . If it hurts a bit, you know you have inflammation and you need to use this on it to get that painful inflammation to go away. I let my G.F. use it and she kept it so I had to buy myself another one. I don't think It's a "couple's toy" but a health benefit device.

Very quiet little heavy massager is nice. Very strong. Worth the buy Hard to contact seller. After short use it making strange sounds like broken pieces.
