These make it very easy to get your daily requirements of B vitamins. I like that the bottle and the dropper both are glass, and you just take a dropper full a day. This is a 2 month supply at a good price so it give you ample time to judge for yourself how they work for you. They don't have any of the added junk that you don't want in a supplement and are even sugar free. The bottle is dark to protect the contents, and there is an expiration date stamped clearly on the bottom of the box. The taste isn't bad, but it is a vitamin.

This liquid B12 is one of my latest purchases from Amazon, and I’m really impressed! It tastes great—just a bit on the sweeter side, but still very pleasant. I feel an immediate boost of energy after taking it, and it keeps me alert throughout the day. Even though I've only been using it for about two weeks, I'm already considering buying a second bottle to have as a backup. Highly recommend!
