Great for the right problem. Not great for all problems.
For the appropriate problem, this is a 5/5. But it won't be for every one. It is well made. It is sturdy. It is well thought out regarding assembly and his easy to assemble without any tools. It is meant to be leaned on. It is NOT meant to support all your weight like a walker. It is faster than a standard cane. It probably is not ideal for someone that doesn't have good balance. It does not have a break so it will roll away if not placed in the right place. I am recovering from back surgery and just needed something to help me walk with a more erect posture, otherwise my back would start to ache. A cane does the same thing but you move much slower. A walker dose the same thing - but it's a walker and who wants to use a walker??

Dangerous product
Dangerous, no brakes and rolls away from you. No stability

Great for POTS
I have POTS and struggle with sudden dizziness and vertigo. This aide keeps me stable and upright during these episodes. I’ve tried canes, rollators, and wheelchairs. Yet this is the best aide I’ve tried yet. I won’t leave the house without it. Only improvement suggestion: please add brakes for hills

Assembly terrible!
I was so happy to receive this and got to work putting it together. It is partially assembled and the way the screws are placed with the nut in the pot that's already assembled makes it look wonderfully easy. However, the four screws with nuts that the customer must Use to put the rest of it together meaning the wheels, are too short and therefore forces the nut to be recessed. And in being recessed there is no way you can turn the nut by hand to get it started. I have tried holding the nut in place but it barely centers on the nut and using the Allen is tedius. It is a very small space. After fiddling with it that way, I decided to try to enter the screw from the other side and that made it a little easier, so I completed it. On the good side, it is very lightweight and the genius part that outweighs the frustration with assembly is that you can navigate it by slightly turning the bar that your hand holds onto. I'm very disappointed in the assembly of this rollator. Resorts are pricey when compared to a full Rollator with padded seat and compartment that I paid a lot less for.

Amazing and durable!
I purchased this while awaiting a hip replacement. When the pain became worse this helped me work full time keeping the pain manageable. It gave more support than a standard cane, and less cumbersome than a crutch or walker. I was able to walk at a faster pace than with a standard cane. It even works great in my yard and gravel driveway. It is very light weight and easy to place in the back seat floor when driving. I used it for a total of 3 months and it is still as durable as day one. Many people asked about it as I was motoring around, and those on canes and walkers wanted to give it a try, stating they were going to order one. I even had orthopedists and physical therapists ask about it saying they may recommend it to patients. This is an amazing product and helps manage your life when pain and disability is managing you. Please note that it was not enough support immediately following the hip replacement and later a fractured femur but I was able to transition back to it later in recovery.

it works perfect
alittle better than a cane, but kinda hard to maneuver.

No thanks
Dangerously tilted when walking. Not the stability it touted!

This device is a Life Saver!
This device is a life saver! I just love it. It is more supportive than a cane, but less cumbersome than a walker. It moves easily with me as I go about my day, and it has given me a new ability to get around and to participate in things again. I cannot say enough good things about this device. It is sturdy and supports my weight easily. I feel safe walking with it. It was easy to adjust to and I was able to use it fully within a day. I now use it everywhere I go. It is light weight and easy to pick up when necessary. It is also very QUIET, which I love. People often stop me and ask me where I got it, as they have never seen anything like it. I LOVE this device!
