Product is great. Fine blend. Great aroma and taste. Real filter coffee. Love it. Amazon packing is bad. The container got deshaped and lid was separated. Since inner pack was safe I have accepted it. Better packing expected.

Great taste and aroma for espresso, balanced and smooth profile with a subtle distinct kick. But don't buy this from Amazon. The seal was broken and the container got dented. Booo.

The quality is just ok, but definitely is nothing like a typical Lavazza coffee (my husband worked for the importer of Lavazza coffee in Australia and did a seminar with Lavazza representatives from Italy. A bit disappointed. May as well buy Lavazza (fully imported) Crema e Gusto (250gr). I have bought Lavazza "Il Mattino Perfect" (made in India, for INR 390 (200gr) on 31 January 2025, and has jumped to INR 520.

I purchased al mattino, Box seal was broken, quality is of beans is ordinary. But grinding is poor. Grounds is uneven, not suitable for expresso machine. When I used first, without checking, machine rapidly flowed water quickly, in less then 10 seconds, no creama at all. Then I observed that ground is uneven and not holding water, then I filtered the coffee grounds using a seive, to get some creama. Now it's giving average result. Not like Lavazza quality. Flavor is ordinary, little acidic. Not recommended Better to buy whole beans. and use good grinder.

I’ve purchased this coffee 3 times. 2 times it came sealed and I was satisfied, the taste is good and there is definite aroma even though the second box was a bit dated. I had thought I found a reliable coffee source but today the 3rd delivery came. It was without seal so I requested a return. The price that was discounted recently it increased. I would appreciate if seller can confirm this is a genuine product. Perhaps they only sell as value for money because seals are broken. But definitely I would want a confirmation that this is pure coffee genuine lavazza.

The coffee was very good for Italian moka pot, when I bought for the first time. But for the last couple of times I found the seal of the tin can broken (even after they replaced one today!). The pouch inside doesn't have any Lavazza logo etc. So I suspect something is not right. I'll not buy this item in future. Will buy other coffee pouch instead, which contain logo etc. on itself.
