worst product i ever seen on amazon. bulb is not working. return policy by the delhivery is very poor my suggestion to the amazon that please cancel all the contract with this delhivery company if you want to maintain your legacy. please don't buy this product not value for money.

Good product, value for money. Only the stand base was Plastich which should be filled with water or sand for sturdy move. Not the stand received as shown in product details.

I give 2 stars because the stand and setup is nice and usefull, however the bulb supplied is not proper infrared, I use many types of infrared and this bulb is useless. I can't find a replacement bulb in this size either.

I bought two: one for the head, one for the foot of the bed. Feels like I've got my own private beach. Resets my circadian rhythm if I stay awake too late. I feel like it's making my hair thicker and lines softer. The timer is essential because I often fall alseep under them it is so warm and comfy. The dashes flash when it's off, so I put blue tape over them to dim them at night.

just installed it and used it. very warm. I am having pain in my finger joints and wrist. Feel much better after 30 min treatment. The only complain I have about this product is that the manual is not very clear. So far I still do not understand what the first step in the manual is. The package contains two extra pieces of rubber which confused me, since I tried to install them and do not know where to install. If the manual lists what is included in the package, and mark them as extra, that would be helpful.
