Suitable also as an indoor sock for women
I'm a woman but can't find ladies long socks in 100% cotton any more - most ladies socks contain elastane (trademark lycra) or spandex which I am highly allergic to. I can buy 100% bamboo ankle socks, which are brilliant, but really wanted long socks to wear in the house at night with a long skirt or nightdress so, in desperation, I gave these men's socks a try. I'm a size five in footwear and these are a 6 - 11 so they are slightly loose but fine for an indoor sock. I'm five foot three and they reach just below my knee and are very comfortable. The number of socks in this pack will last me for ages so I've also given a couple of pairs to my male partner who has size eleven feet!

They stay up without squeezing my legs too tightly
Perfect for me as I have to wear long socks but dislike the compression other brands put on my legs. Don't know why or how these stay in place without leaving elastic marks / indents but they do.Great value for money and prompt delivery too.
