Probably the best portable monitor I've used so far
The Monitor itself is superb, probably the best portable monitor I've used so far, my only gripe is it doesn't come with anything that can keep it up right, I guess they figured you would lean it against a wall or something which is extremely ridiculous, for $300 it should come with everything you need. I found one with the exact same design that does come with a leather stand. https://smile.amazon.com/Portable-Monitor-Screen-Leather-Laptop/dp/B07CTDL856/ref=pd_sbs_147_27?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07CTDL856&pd_rd_r=J6Y0YZW2PQQDXZPQZ6FP&pd_rd_w=ZsQj4&pd_rd_wg=69YoM&psc=1&refRID=J6Y0YZW2PQQDXZPQZ6FP, but unfortunately it's from a 3rd party seller that is most likely from china, now I am searching the internet for the exact same stand that I can attach to this monitor, Im so angry!!!!UPDATE: Found the perfect case15.6 Inch Portable Screen Leather Case Special For 15.6 Inch 4.4mm Thin IPS Portable Monitor For PS4 Xbox HDMI USB 1920 1080p LCD Screen

Worked great until it did not
It was working great and then after finals my screen stopped working, I really did not use this screen much this quarter. a waste of 100$.otherwise the picture quality was there and I really liked it... if it was still running. I don't have the money to get a 2nd screen which I will need for school, I guess it is a good thing I will be stuck at home for school this next quarter and can use my desktop screens for school work.

Very Good For The Price
I travel a great deal and many times need an extra screen, especially if I am working on spreadsheets etc. Very often I will use a hotels flatscreen TV to use as my second monitor. As you can imagine this is not ideal and now many are attached to the wall, impossible to do. So I was looking around for an alternative. This is where this product came in. It is relatively lightweight so travelling with it is not an issue. The item is from a manufacturer I had never heard of before, but the price was rather attractive. I am a great believer in the adage "You get what you pay for" but given my usage needs and the fact I travel with it (prone to damage) I did not want to invest a great deal of money into something that may not work as I had hoped or that could get damaged in transit. As such, I opted for this screen given the deep discount voucher Amazon was offering.I use an Ultrabook and this screen is a perfect match for my computer. Once it is opened out and in use, it is virtually the same size as my screen. So the horizontal lines almost match, so it is easy to read across. It was very simple to set up, almost a plug and go set up. The display is matte, which is very useful if using in bright light. The downside is in its brightness, it just lacks a high level of brightness. The inbuilt speakers are just about sufficient for the job, but I do not use computer speakers. I carry a Bluetooth speaker which provides almost HiFi quality sound. I can forgive these weaknesses as the screen is so thin and lightweight. The display itself can be adjusted via a rather complex menu system. This menu system reminds me of Sony's overly complicated end-user experiences and could do with some improvement. The box also contains all the wires that are required. I hate flimsy wires and these are nice and thick with I think helps with the picture quality (HDMI) and the power cable (USB) will not get damaged.Whilst this is not perfect, at the current price of $110, it is excellent quality given the low price. The casing and finish are good and matches my computer. The screen is clear but does lack some brightness. Overall, this is a great travel monitor for the price and I am happy to recommend it, even with the menu and brightness issues.

perfect size and weight. i just need it to work.will update when seller responds*****UPDATE 8.17.18*****Seller has responded in less than 12hrs so i have bumped review up to 2 stars for that alone. This was their response:thanks for buying ,there may be something wrong with Hdmi line ,try to change your own HDMI line or you can connect several times, you must connect the power first and then insert the HDMI line, we have strictly tested before shipment, try it again and if it not Solved you can change a new one just contact amazon.I have also uploaded a 2nd photo because I believe in my first one it appears as if i just hooked up the power without the hdmi cord. Thats not the case.the first photo i had the unit hooked to my power bank sitting right next to it and the mini hdmi to full hdmi was plugged into my laptop. Also before the seller responded I have also tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times and jiggling cables as well as the suggested establishing power to the unit first and then the hdmi...none of that works. Anyway I will be receiving a new mini hdmi to hdmi cord in the mail this afternoon and i shall update again after its tested In hopes that a new cord will solve the problem.

The case which comes with it also works as a stand
It might not work with all devices, but it's great when it works. Great portability and design, stable stand, crisp image.

Does the job but doesn't include instructions or markings
There were no instructions included in my box so I had to log into Amazon and look at past reviews to see what each plug on the screen was for and how turn it on. Beware, you have to plug the USB and HDMI cord to your computer for it to work. The USB is the power source and the HDMI is for the display. Beside that the monitor works well.UPDATE - JULY 13, 2020The ports are poorly made. The cords will gradually lose their "grip" and will not stay connected, thus making the monitor useless. While the product was still under warranty, the company offered to send me new cords, the new cords helped but after weeks, the same issue -ports couldn't "grip" the cables. I've followed up with the seller but since the warranty lapsed 6 weeks ago, they are non-responsive. DON'T BUY.
