This product worked as described. It tightens up any lose rattling that the trailer hitch has. I used to have the rubber stabalizers that only provided minimal help. This provides a very secure connection. I highly recommend.

Worked acceptable, but even after the first use, when the nuts were manually torqued with a ratchet their edges were scratched and smashed meaning they are not acceptable grade (hardness) as expected for automotive applications. Have you ever seen wheel lugs scratched even at 130 lbs torque? A Question to the manufacturer: what is the grade of the nuts provides ISO or SAE (There are no standard markings on them -- meaning SAE grade 2 or below ) ?

I got adjustable hitch from Princess Auto (Canada) and same time got an immobilizer.Turned out the immobilizer didn't fit with adjustable hitch pointing down as th adjustable hitch has a bevel where vertical part meets horizontal.This immobilizer fits tight but it works.Looks like a good quality item much better and less expensive then the one from Princess auto.

Simple to install, simple in design and works flawlessly. On my crappy swagman xc2 bike rack it got rid of all the swaying and moving that occurred before getting this kit. Cost effective solution compared to getting a whole new bike rack. Highly recommended!

I purchased this to add to my jeep that has a hitch and bike rack set up. The bike rack rattled and wobbled side to side constantly, especially on rough roads/terrain which was a big bother for me. The materials used in this product seem very high quality with good strength. It was easy to install and fit well. I am confident this will last a long time due to the quality of materials and the nut, locking washer, and nyloc nut which will prevent this coming loose on its own. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This unit is as described by seller. Built strong, with 4 - 17 mm nuts and lock washers. Excellent product for a fair price.
