There is only one in the pack!!!! This is not made clear in the description and the natural assumption would be that you get a pair because you actually happen to have a pair of legs! It even states 'THEY can be worn under dresses and skirts etc' in the bullet points, it does not say 'IT can be worn under dresses and skirts etc', this goes along with the natural assumption that you would get a pair because you have 2 legs! No one would expect to get one sock or one stocking so why would anyone expect to get one of these when not explicitly told that that is the case? I am dumbfounded by this and I do expect to be provided with another one to make up the pair that I quite naturally thought I was ordering!I wasn't too bothered by other reviewers saying that they are on the large side (again with the 'THEY', not 'IT') as I have gained a lot of weight recently but they are very big and would definitely have slipped down back when I was a size 10. As a 16-18 it is still large and certainly would not stay up with my phone in the pocket. My phone does fit and it is a large Motorola G4 phone so the pocket is a good size. I doubt that it would stop chaffing as the lace would rub against the leg that would remain naked since this is not a pair! Had there been a pair, I could probably have taken them in to fit but they are probably about an inch too wide to do the job advertised with a phone in the pocket! This is certainly not the product shown on the skinny mini in the photograph!

As anti chafe bands they are useless. For a start only one arrived and hung off my leg, like a pelmet. However, all is not lost. I am going out in fancy dress as Madonna and plan to re-purpose my solitary 'pelment' as an 80s- esque hairband. Cheaper than purchasing a hairband too. The double grip will ensure it remains in place.

Order a size smaller as they stretch really easily once on and then they start slipping down
