I actually got this as a gift for someone else and he loved it. He said it tasted great and the fact that it is herbal tea, it was good for his voice and throat too.

I like all kinds of tea and this was one I had never tried before.It is delicious and has health benefits. According to the sellers' listing:"Senna's wide-range benefits are promoting excretory system balancing; detoxing and laxative; Green Tea is high in antioxidant; Garcinia boost the ability to turn excess fat to energy."You do prepare this a "bit" differently than other teas however. The instructions state to steep the teabag 10-20 minutes in a cup of boiling water! Less for 1st time users. Hmmm...OK. That seems like a long time, but I get it. It is to fully release the beneficial components.You can go with less time, I did and it still tastes great, but at this price per cup I will sometimes re-use a teabag to make a second cup. I think it's in your interest to keep the bag in for 10 minutes or so and then remove it and then microwave to warm it up, if you are like me and like your tea hot.This has a laxative effect, so...be prepared! haha!

I can't vouch that this will help you lose weight, it will give you energy and the ingredients align with what people would expect from these sorts of aids. Did I lose anything when I drank this? Not really, but it did make me want to take the dog out for a walk.... so there's that.Tastes good enough, tea is good for you, affordable, ingredients that you can pronounce and look up with ease.
