The solution was: Slightly adjust the mounting position according to the actual installation, like move the original holes down 1/2", and adjust the mounting position of the male pivot and upper stud plates. How do you feel about this solution? Or would you want to try another one? Solution two: The lower plate isn't flush with the boards and adjust the size of the upper stud plate to ensure that the pistons can work properly so that the bed frame will fit into the bed cabinet correctly. Install the lower plate first, then install the end fitting with text of PA66 of the piston onto the ball stud of the lower plate and position the upper stud plate accordingly.
