Q: Is the lid flat on each side please? I just need the lid but can't see from the picture if the 'tube' bit is just attached to the frame? Thanks

The lid is flush with the frame- the tube bit is molded to the square frame - I didn’t want the tube so I hacksawed it to an acceptable depth for my requirement!

You want a poly pipe UG502. There are two different types though old style has been discontinued. Call polypipe direction
