Delicious cake…mmmmm
Very delicious cake, looked just like the picture. I bought it for a 60th birthday and the recipient said it was the nicest cake that they had ever eaten!! It arrived frozen in a larger box with dry ice to keep cold, and can either put in freezer or let it defrost. It didn’t say how long to defrost but it took about 5 hours.

Beautiful Cake
Lovely cake, only problem I found with it was it had glace cherries on top and those sort of cherries are best used inside a cake mix not for decorating, but I do understand why they were used as fresh fruit would have gone soft so what I did was remove the cherries and decorated it with fresh strawberries and it went down a storm. Would buy again. The cherries weren't wasted my husband ate them.
