LOVED! Lost almost 6 lbs!
I have done several cleanses in the past, and the two I wanted to compare this time are: Raw Generation & Lemonkind cleanses- I could not even bare the taste of Any of the Lemonkind pouches!! Raw Generation are much better tasting! I know some people complain the Greens aren't great, and to be honest, if you already eat well (raw or steamed veggies) then you will be fine with the flavors. Yes, by the end of day 3, I just chugged the Green juices to get them down. (But I spit out/vomited the Lemonkind juices.) And after 3 days on Raw Generation I had Amazing Results: I lost 5.8 lbs!!! Mind you, this also included me moderately working out 2 of the 3 days as well. And by the 3rd morning, I woke up with energy without an alarm (which is not typical of me!) Day 2 was the hardest (craving all sorts of food, so I "gave in" and had a small handful of cashews around dinner time and it totally helped! Note: if absolutely necessary, you can have a small handful of nuts, or raw veggies, or fruit.) My Recommendation is: chug as many Green juices early on in the day as you can (every 2 hrs), and save the carrot and beet juices to enjoy at the end of the day. After these great results, I would like to do the 5 day cleanse next time, and might even make this a monthly habit like others do!

Tastes pretty good
I was skeptical about this to say the least, there was only 1 juice i didnt care for and that was bc it has beets in it, however all the other juice taste pretty good. They kept me pretty satisfied for all 3 days. I wasn't to hungry.

Delicous, simple, but temper your expectations.
This was my first juice cleanse ever. I've always seen juicing as a fad diet, but I was desperate to lose some weight before an upcoming vacation. I bought the 5 day package with the goal of losing 5-10 lbs and survived 4 days before I decided to cut the experience short. PROS: -This plan is easy. There's no thought involved. You drink the juices they tell you to drink when they tell you to drink them. You eat raw fruits, veg, and nuts if/when you get hungry. Could not be more simple. Great plan for busy people. -I legitimately wasn't hungry the entire 4 days. My stomach never growled once. I didn't have any cravings. I WAS lightheaded on several occasions, however. That's when I supplemented with some of the raw foods. -My bathroom habits were not affected. -Everything tasted great! I loved every single flavor. All the juices arrived within 48 hours of ordering and they were all frozen solid upon arrival. I didn't have any food safety concerns. -I have an autoimmune disorder and 4 days of juices and raw foods cleared up all of my inflammation. I am shocked. I can both see and feel the difference. I'm planning on juicing for a few days every month for this reason alone. Again, my goal in trying a juice-only diet was weight loss. I didn't achieve the weight loss goals I was after, but the anti-inflammatory affects were well worth it. -I didn't believe juicing would have an impact on my skin but, to my surprise, my skin looks fantastic. -I lost about 2 solid lbs in 4 days. Down from 136 to 134. A lot of people will tell you this is mostly water weight. I my case, I think this is genuine weight loss. I didn't have a lot of water weight to lose in the first place. I generally eat a pretty healthy, low sodium, Mediterranean diet. Time will tell. -I do feel like juicing for 4 days helped me to reset my appetite and my relationship with food. I eat smaller portions now, less frequently than before I tried juicing for 4 days. CONS: -I did not lose the 5-10 lbs a lot of other reviewers talk about. It was probably an unrealistic expectation to begin with, but I'm a little disappointed. Again, I didn't have a lot of water weight to lose. I'm pretty sure the 2lbs I did lose is real weight loss. Still, I don't look all that much different than I did 4 days ago so, my weight loss goals are still partly unfulfilled. -Who can survive on 700 calories a day?! Not me. If you have any real responsibilities and can't afford to lay around in bed doing nothing for 5 days straight, expect to snack on raw fruit, vegetables, and nuts. This will obviously impact your results but, seriously, 700 calories a day is verging on dangerous. Anyone sticking to just the juices should not plan on driving anywhere or taking on any caretaker responsibilities during their juice fast days. I run a business. I have a child. I drive everywhere. I can't afford to be lightheaded for 4 days straight. -I could see this plan leading to an eating disorder under the right circumstances. I would highly discourage this plan for anyone with a history of eating disorders, or anyone who thinks they may be susceptible to developing one. -I get that shipping costs are through the roof these days, but I still think $180 for 5 days worth of juice was a little steep. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and will likely try juicing again. I really liked this brand and would recommend the 5-day cleanse with the above caveats.

don't do it
so I'm going on vacation in two months and wanted to kick start a healthier me so I decided to read a hundred reviews and ended up doing this one. I don't know if my body is broken or what but I had every side effect to a juice diet u could imagine. I don't recommend 1. due to the fact I didn't lose a damn pound 2. you have mood swings 3. you never feel like u can drink enough water 4. my face dried out so bad 5. my back broke out in like hives not acne but hives 6. no energy 7. light headed as a heck I did feel safe even driving 8. I didnt poop the whole time somehow 9. u have to time the thaw process perfectly cause I have to drink the within 24 hours so unless ur fridge is kept at room temp ur constantly battling a slushy like juice. 10. u don't even want to drink them. the dark green ones taste like if u ate the bag of grass clippings after mowing ur lawn 11. the red one tastes like u are a tree and no haven't tried that but I feel like that's what it would taste like. my son is a health nut and refused to take a second sip from either of those too. 12. you need to be ready to go on a strict small portion diet afterwards or every meal even 2 eggs and a piece of 30997900 grain toast will make u want to throw up..... If u want to lose weight go on a dang walk and eat smaller portions u will get better results

This cleanse works! 5.6lbs of bloat gone after day 3
UPDATE: completed the cleanse. Final weigh in morning of day 8, 140.4lbs. Total loss is 7.6lbs. And 3 inches off my waist, I didn’t measure anywhere else but my fitted tops are looser and my jeans fit better so I know I have more inch loss I was just focused on my waistline. I did feel hungry the last day and i think it’s because my brain knew it was the last day of juices. Will be eating fruits/vegetables and light proteins for the next few days and then will incorporate other whole foods backs into my diet. All of the excess bloat from the unhealthy sugars and starches has been released and i feel great. I only did two workouts during the cleanse (cardio/light weight lifting). Overall I will definitely do this again anytime I want to reset and cleanse. This was my first time ever doing a juice cleanse and it’s not as hard as you may think. Try it! I purchased the 7 day cleanse. It’s the morning of day 4 and I weighed in and have lost 5.6pounds. I’m 5’2 starting weight was 148 I’m at 142.4 this morning. 3 pounds came off after day 1 of drinking the juices just to give you an idea of how fast it started working for me. My ideal weight that I like to be at is from 130-135. I was bloated from eating a lot of processed carbs and sugars and eating out the for the past 3 months and needed to reset my body and start healthy eating habits again. So far I have not felt any severe detox symptoms and by day 3 I started to feel really good. My waistline has shrunk (measured at 27inches this morning, was 30in before)so I’m losing inches along with the bloat weight. I work out about 3-4 times a week. So far I have done one workout during the cleanse and I had plenty of energy, didn’t feel weak. I don’t feel like I’m starving on the cleanse either, I get hungry about every 2 hours and after I have the 3rd juice I have to wait about 3 hours between juices 4,5, and 6 because I feel full longer. This cleanse is a great way to get back on track if you’ve fallen off healthy eating habits for a while. Very excited to see my final results when I weigh and measure on the morning of day 8. Will update this review then.

I feel exactly the same...
This is the first time I actually completed a juice cleanse. I did the 3-day version. Overall, the juice was good, but I recommend building a box with your preferred flavors. Sweet Greens: Delicious! A typical "green juice" that tasted mostly like apple juice. Tarte Greens: Meh. It was ok except the celery aftertaste really overpowered everything else. If you like the taste of celery juice, you'll like this one. Cool Greens: This was my favorite! Very sweet, mostly pineapple, but not overpowering. Carrot (can't remember what it's called): I really wanted to like this one, but the ginger did not seem to complement the other flavors very well to me. I chugged it. Beet (something Reds): I expected to hate this one, because I hate beets, but it wasn't too bad. By the end of the bottle I'd gotten used to the dirt flavor from the beets, and it was OK. But I wouldn't order it again. Overall, I made it through the three days. Did I feel hungry? Yes, all the time. I was lightheaded for the first two days, with zero energy, and that's after supplementing each day with a cup of oat milk. On day three I was better, but still pretty tired. I also had headaches off and on for all three days. Did I lose any weight? .8 pounds (8/10ths of a pound, in case you missed the decimal point there and got excited), which I don't consider significant since it's well within my daily water-weight fluctuation. Do I feel better? Different? *Cleansed*? Nope. Sorry. I really WANTED this to help me kick start a diet, and it did, but I do not feel like this was worth the three days of hunger and grouchiness, much less the price. So in conclusion, if you want to order fresh juice from Raw? Absolutely! It's good juice. But if you are contemplating a juice cleanse? Meh. It was not worth it for me.

Definitely Recommend
I just finished a four day “reboot”, using these juices. Since I did not follow the three day cleanse instructions to the letter, I can’t call it that. I found on day one, that I just didn’t feel like drinking all six juices in one day, so I drank four juices each day and extended the juice days to four instead of three. (It says in the instructions that you can do that). A couple times a day, I munched on raw carrots, cucumber, grape tomatoes, and bell peppers. A couple times a day I had fruit. Oranges, mango, watermelon, or an apple. And once a day (dinner) I had some protein, either two boiled eggs, or cottage cheese. In four days I lost 6.1 pounds, and I definitely feel less bloated and more energetic. I was not the least bit hungry or weak. And I had plenty of energy. The juices were surprisingly very tasty! Cool Greens and carrot were my favorites, and the one made from beets was my least favorite, but I honestly enjoyed them all. I did this “reboot” to go four days without sugar or junk food, before beginning a sensible long term reduction plan. I was having a hard time with a sugar dependence, and felt horrible, physically and mentally. The cravings are gone, and I feel energized, clear headed and ready to work on my long term fitness goals.
