The instructions were difficult to follow and some of the holes didn’t align properly, so assembly was frustrating and took longer than expected. That said, once it was put together, the chair turned out sturdy and comfortable. The design looks nice in the space, and it feels solid when sitting. It is a little pricey for what it is, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

The white pads are more of a cream color. If you have lighting on the warmer side, it looks somewhat yellow which is not a good look. Now I wish I got the black instead. The build quality is average. The back rest moves slightly left and right as you lean in either direction which may or may not be a good thing. I did have a coupon clipped for this order so I didn’t pay full price. I still think I paid too much. If you’re reading this review I’d pay, at most, two hundred dollars. Anything above is overpriced. Still, it’s a rather comfortable chair. I have it in my kid’s play room. It’s low enough that they can climb on me while I’m sitting. Two stars is the most I can give it. The instructions were not great but I’m pretty savvy at putting together furniture and I use my own tools. Update: 11/14/2024 Adding an extra two stars. Customer service reached out to me about swapping out the pads for the black. Good customer service goes a long way towards ensuring that the customer is satisfied and I appreciate the effort. Also, my father-in-law sat in the chair and he too thought it was quite comfortable. I might be convinced to buy another one with a discount.

It looks very stylish and very comfortable with the angles. It also feels very solid! I took one star off because the oval base is very sharp around the edges. Very easy to scrap off skin when you are not careful.

Very comfortable. But I knew this was the design I was looking for. It’s big, which it is supposed to be. And it’s very sturdy.
