These really work for me – can say this confidently after trying it many times now. But I must note – I am still being smart about how much I drink at a time. The fact that they don't absorb ethanol, and I still get as drunk as I would without them, is good for me, as it doesn't enable more drinking. I also take them right before drinking (but, if I am drinking more than usual, I take another two pills before bed), and noticeably better the next day. This is a game changer and I have tried several hangover supplements. This is the real deal. I’ve just come back from a week long trip to Ibiza drank most nights and more than I would drink back home in London. Minimises the hangover for me by around 80% so I am functional the day after. I took 2 every evening before going out to the various parties throughout the week. Before bed, electrolytes with 2 activated charcoal capsules, followed by electrolytes first thing in the morning.
