Handy to have in the kitchen
I’m not vegan, but am trying to eat healthier. This food chart is a nice way to start, since looking online can be daunting. Bright, easy to see images and text on a big magnet that fits nicely on my fridge. Makes starting a shopping list easier - having a starting point really helps. So far no peeling or cracking. Seems durable enough so far. Will also fit on the side of the fridge, so I can free up the front if I want to. This magnet list isn’t exhaustive, but it really does help someone like me get a decent start.

Nice for at a glance
These serve as a nice reminder of the things we would like to focus on in our diet. When my boys see this as a visual reminder, they are like hey, I would prefer a handful of grapes over tortilla chips. I would recommend these.

Sturdy, informative magnet
My daughter is a vegetarian, not a vegan, but this chart is still helpful for coming up with menu options and knowing some of the nutritional values they provide. The drawings are cute and informative. My kid studied it in the car for a long while and kept pointing out things she was learning about the foods we eat (and some we haven't tried yet). Great for any vegans/vegetarians in your life, or anyone who wants a nudge toward the plant-based products in your grocery store.

Great Keto Tool (with input)
I have always questioned what I should eat to better my macros/micros when on keto. I do not eat a lot of meat (bacon and filet mignon only haha), and I do not eat seafood. It's always been difficult for me to filter for foods on these two things at the same time in my keto apps. This allows me to have a reference as I look in the fridge and make choices based on what I am focusing on at the time. I'm sure this will come naturally in time, but for now this is an excellent tool for me.The first pic is the original product. The second pic shows the slight adjustments I made; better delineation and subtle markings next to the foods I have noted as "keto friendly" for myself.Pros:- Engaging and helpful illustrations. Nice that the graphic is the same across sections to identify two-fer foods (except chia seeds; there's one graphic that does not match but not a big deal).- Easy to understand designations; appropriate for children and adults to identify foods for goals quickly.- Nutritional information offers a wonderful quantity/quality reference as one makes a choice.- Size is perfect.- Magnet is flexible but sturdy; the illustration side seems solid.Cons:- The proteins and fats sections are not as clearly delineated as the other sections (so minor though).- The values could be better worded. For example, have a "key" of sorts under each section ("qty per gram of food").For $19 (at the time of this review) I find this to be a bit pricey. Shipping was fast.

Great item to have on hand!
I have been trying to up my vitamin and protein intake without having to just eat protein powder or meat. I'm not Vegan, but like to try and eat as healthy as I can, and I want to implement more veggies and other healthy foods that actually count as good solid nutrition sources. This handy chart is just what I needed as a "cheat sheet" for reference. I mean, I have other things with this or similar information, but it required pulling out a book, bringing up a website, or printing something out. I didn't want to mess with that every time I wanted to make a snack or meal because I was too busy or it took too long. The way this chart is on a magnet is perfect to have handy, and I find myself referring to it a lot more than I thought I would! It has a lot of great info. about nutrition sources that I didn't know, and I have implemented a lot of them already! It isn't really large, so it doesn't take up half the fridge (I have mine on the side of the fridge), but it is big enough to be easily readable--the images are a real plus too! A great investment, and I am planning on getting more to give as gifts!

Great cheat sheet for beginners
I got this for a vegan friend who does not eat a very healthy and balanced diet. Every time during her monthly cycle she would be in severe pain and it was clear that she was not getting enough iron in her diet.I also learnt something new, that you can get iron from dried apricot;"100g of dried apricots contains 1mg of vitamin C as well as 2.66mg of iron. The combination of these two nutrients contribute to a higher absorption of iron, which is needed to prevent anemia"I am pleased that it lists all of the key nutrients that your body needs to thrive. It is also good quality and is easy and clear to see and read.

Vegan Nutritional Guide Magnet
The magnet is a guide to assist vegans to make their meals nutritionally complete. It shows common vegan sources of protein, carbohydrates, iron, magnesium, calcium, fats, and potassium. This can also be used for high protein and keto diets. This is the size of a sheet of notebook paper and also contains the amount required of each food to reach a specific amount of each nutrient. Very helpful and easy to read the magnet is well made and should last a long time.
