An excellent oscilloscope for the price.
This is the second Siglent oscilloscope I have purchased. I ordered a much less expensive model because I had never heard of the brand and could not believe the low cost. I am very happy with this purchase. I especially like the ability to generate a *.PNG file of the oscilloscope display. Formerly I would take a picture with my digital camera, spend time editing the picture and finally printing it for my records. With the *.PNG file I don't need to spend any time processing the image. I am an electrical engineer and I find that this 'scope provides all the information I need for setup (both voltage and current measurements) and is easy to use. I use it daily. I highly recommend this oscilloscope for both the beginner and the experienced user.

Some strange interfaces to get used to.
For the price it is a pretty nice scope with some "unusual" interfaces. It is the only scope I have ever used that actually "locked up" and required me to unplug it to get it running again. It happened once, but strange. I normally use Tektronix scopes and that is my comparison standard. Odd items; when adjusting the four traces vertically it displays a voltage offset of the "ground level of trace". Initially trace triggers limited to two of the four channels, but now all channel triggers work. Some controls operate where clockwise rotation is down and counterclockwise is up, but don't recall which ones. Some operations require some digging into the user's manual and some common adjustments are challenging to determine how to do them. All that said, I would buy it again as it works well for the price, and you will eventually get used to some of the user interface oddities. Time will tell how reliable it is as my Tektronix worked for 21 years of almost daily usage. Update: after months of daily usage have become familiar with controls and no more "lock up" issues. Haven't used the digital channels yet and haven't purchased the license to use said digital channels attachment yet. The clip lead tips are round metal and don't hang on as well as the flat Tektronix probes and sometimes take a little messing around to get them to hold on which could be improved as it is a bit aggravating at times.

Priceless tool for pros.
I’ve 50+ years working professionally with high end pro instruments, but surprisingly this little and affordable piece of HW works pretty well for an o-scope on its category. It’s easy to setup, controls are straight forward and math functions are spot on.Although it’s screen isn’t as large as I would like, the resolution is very convincing. It’s also has easy connectivity and friendly usb capabilities. Piece of cake for a screen capture or data capture.Highly recommended.

Great value for money, easy to use.
Simple setup, very easy to use. Had it measuring 4 channels of PWM within minutes of unpacking. You will need to provide your own plastic or ceramic screwdrivers for calibrating probes, they are fairly off. Would be nice if they were supplied .... how hard could that be? Screen is decent, and screenshots could not be simpler - just insert a USB drive and press a button - the screen shot is saved. Very cool.

Great scope for personal use
This scope is great value, see all the video reviews. 200MHz is adequate for most power and control work. Decent memory depth and nice to have to I2C/SPI/UART decode built in. Great control and screen layout; simple and responsive user interface. Much better than buying a beat up 20 year old Tek from Ebay at this price point.

Item is defective and warranty seal was torn. Siglent sent me a damaged product as a new one.
The media could not be loaded. The unit is defective and there is evidence it was attempted to be fixed since the warranty seal is torn.

Best scope for the money
I bought this scope because I needed the digital storage ability. I have an old Techtronic scope, which is nice, but analog. Like any new thing you get there is a learning curve. Its not bad really. If you know basic scope operation you can find that the curve is not steep. It has many features that I haven't even gotten to use yet. Love that you can save the info to a USB drive. The most important thing for me, on any scope, is how good the signal sync and triggering ability is. This unit is great at doing just that!
