I love these knives! They are nicely balanced, they are super sharp and so they function very, very well. The qualities is fantastic because of the design process. And they are an excellent value for the money, considering that there are other knives out there that cost five times as much for the same thing.

Very sharp, well balanced and comfortable for long cooks. The large clever is amazing at cutting frozen meats.Excellent quality for the price.Definitely avoid the dishwasher.My grandson put one in the dishwasher last week & it got slightly rusty. A little scrub & mineral oil fixed it right up.

I love the look an feel of the knives a little light.the handles wish they were real wood,they sharpen nicely.

Have Not used the knives yet.apear to be well made. Could come with a sharper edge.I thought i had ordered the models with the blue finger hole guard. Might be better without guard if using with gloves on. Will be interested in ease & quality of edge .
