There's no instruction manual but its easy to use.
I was planning to give it to my mom since im shopping for christmas gifts but ended up keeping it. Feels great after using it. Stones are also durable.

Meh
I’m torn on this. I thought it was more than a flat map. It’s a little too painful to completely step on, but it’s been convenient as a foot reflexology map.

Nice buy..
Loved it. Pains a bit at the start but then ur body gets used to it. Hope it gives the effect it says.

Not worth it
Good idea but not really worth the purchase. There is better out there that works with plantar fasciitis. Good idea but in my opinion not worth it.

Needs instructions
I like it. It's definitely not painful not like those sharp pointy acupressure mats. I just wish it had instructions or a guide on how to properly use it because i have no clue what I'm doing.

Don’t bother
I think walking on legos would probably have a similar effect. Ok, these rocks are rounded, so they’re not painful like legos would be, but it’s just a mat with fake rocks which are placed for an average foot. It’s not customizable to a larger or smaller foot, so doesn’t put pressure quite where it should.

Not worth the money
Doesn’t seem to work other than hurt my feet
