These taste delicious! I only have to take one and it knocks. me. OUT!! It's hard for me to find a sleep supplement that actually works and this one really delivers!

So many nutrients sold today (actually the majority) are made up of cheap as you can get ingredients. This one is not like that. In fact, the first night I took a couple gummys, I felt like I was drugged with a seditive! The amazing part was it started in less than 10 minutes!I always seem to not get to sleep until my wife gets in bed but amazingly I nodded right off to sleep almost immediately after they kicked in. Wow!I don't think they act all night nor are they intended to but to get past the brain running 90 miles an hour this may be the ticket.Now on night #2, I didn't seem to notice the dramatic grogginess (like a sleeping pill) but I still got to sleep quite quickly which is my big challenge.So I do believe that these can be effective for others, they certainly are for me.The only thing I noticed was there seemed to be a fairly good amount of sugar. It doesn't seem to inhibit my sleep but I have known for many years when you make something like gummies for nutritional health you must put a good amount of sweeteners in it to cover up the taste of the suppliment.Having said that I do recommend these....

I really dislike that there's sugar in these. I suppose you could take these prior to brushing your teeth, but it feels like an unnecessary step to plan.I appreciate that the melatonin dose is not some ludicrous dose (you do not need much) and the extras seems like they would support restfulness, but unfortunately, this supplement did not work for me. In fact, I would wake up in the middle of the night and have difficulty falling back to sleep.

This supplement is manufactured in the US in cGMP certified facility and third-party tested so you can have peace of mind purchasing it. The batch I received had a 1.5 year shelf life.I've been taking 2 gummies/night as needed. I've noticed a good onset with them. It's not super strong, but it definitely helps me drift off to sleep. There's also been some improvement in my sleep quality - deeper, less interrupted, and more restorative sleep.I do appreciate that they don't rely heavily on melatonin (only 2mg per serving), as most sleep aid supplements do. I'm one of those melatonin sensitive people that gets nightmares / sleep disturbances. I haven't had any taking these.I also appreciate the transparency in their formulation, you know exactly what concentration you're getting each ingredient.Value is phenomenal as well, the current list price of $18.00 is great for a 1 month supply. Overall, I would rate it 5/5.

I doubt the profession of the manufacturer, as even the label of this product seems be badly printed. Some texts have been blurred. The bottle's packaging is overly rough for supplements, which makes me worry about the safety. The gummies smell like rotten fruits, and has several grams of sugar in it. I won't put this into my mouth.

First of all, I just want to point out how delicious these gummies are! If these were regular candy gummies, I would totally eat a lot of them in one sitting! But the recommended dosage for these is just one (1) per day, and you can't exceed two gummies per day. The gummies are soft, chewy, and tasty. They work fast! After around 5-10 minutes, I can already feel their effect, and off to dreamland I go. Overall, I highly recommend these sleep gummies as a sleep aid.

I can't say for sure that these are helping me sleep better, but I'll say that they're not hard to eat and if it's an easy way to get all of those different things that are good to take before you go to sleep, why not.?

These are very tasty, and seems to work very well with no side effects that I have noticed.
