I have used other sprays in the past but must say after using this spray I’m really impressed! One of the things I love most is how easy it is to use—the instructions are very clear and straightforward, so there’s no confusion about how to apply it. It sprays on effortlessly and dries quickly, giving my hands the extra grip they need during workouts. It works to help me hold on to my hand weights and even my tension ropes which can get super slippery sometimes. My favorite part is that with this i dont need to purchase any other products. I sprayed a light coat on the soles before heading to the gym, let it dry for about a minute, and immediately noticed a difference on the court. The traction was much improved—no more sliding around during quick cuts or stops. It gave my shoes a second life and helped me feel more confident in my footing.It dries quickly, doesn’t leave a sticky mess, and holds up well even when I’m sweating. Plus, it didn’t damage the shoe material at all. I also appreciate that it’s non-toxic and eco-friendly.If you’ve got an older pair of basketball shoes that still feel good but have lost their grip, this is a solid and affordable way to get more use out of them. The directions are clear, easy to understand, and follow.The product has a mild alcohol smell that dissipates very quickly. It sprays on easily and quickly becomes tacky and sticky, then after a few minutes, it dries completely. Once dry, you don't feel it at all, but your grip does change quite noticeably. When using a kettlebell, the difference is very clear!I'm a woman in my mid-40s, and I have had issues with low hormones that have caused me to have a decrease in my grip strength. I have to use tools to open difficult jars and packaging, or have someone else open them for me. I found that this product made it significantly easier to open products without tools. I found that rather exciting. It made me wonder what other uses there could be for this item aside from sports applications.It has made my cell phone more grippy, which is nice since I have a phone case that is rather slick and can be slippery at times.I like that it sprays with a fine mist and doesn't stain.Depending on the handle material, it provides a better grip for knives while chopping and cutting.I like that this product has a variety of uses, including what it is intended for or promoted for.The only complaint I have, which is fairly minor, is the dry time of the product once it's on your hands. You can't use your hands while it's drying. For some things it is better to spray directly on the item and not your hands.Overall, this is a great product; it's easy to use and has a variety of applications.

To be blunt I have very sweaty greasy hands. They are a problem with many things. I tried this with a round of golf and the club felt solid in my hands. No slipping and sliding. Really helped without getting super crazy expensive grips put on. The next day my wife wanted to play pickleball and I gave it a try there as well and it really helped.

Product works ok. id advise using alone work ok for deadlifting or pull ups . if you spray the product on your hands and dry then put grip chalk on your hands then it works great! but the product alone is okay and a 5 star product more like 2 too 3 star product on its own. but tips for anyone using for deadlifts use grip chalk after spraying this product on hands.

Product does not work well for football gloves

The spray bottle application was very easy and a few pumps was more than enough to cover both of my hands. There was no unpleasant smell which was a huge plus. Initially my hands felt very wet, but then it quickly dried and they were "tacky". I tried holding my tennis racquet as well as my pickleball paddle and it kept my grip in place. Then we switched to basketball and you could feel the difference but it almost felt like it was preventing a smooth dribble because of the stickiness to the palm of my hand. It washed off very easily with soap and water and did not leave any residue. Overall, I would recommended for sports where you utilize a racket/bat/pole vs ball handling.
