When used consistently with instructions, and with a simple diet (cuz some of you guys eat ANYTHING) this product works fine. Remember it's your gut/tract we're talking about. It just needs regulation and this product does help with stopping the madness when its Happy Adult Fun Time. I would say get consistent with this 2/3 days before you actually wanna have fun, so you tract is doing what it should, along with your diet. Saves you having to do the whole not eating throughout the day before it. But yeah it's good for relief and calming the tract, for sure. there is benefits for the skin too.

I'd been using plain psyllium husk capsules for a while which didn't have the desired effect. After a few days on these, there was a very big and noticeable improvement on 'output'. Cheaper than other brands but with same result.

Lads - dare I say more than 5 stars. Does what you’d expect and is miles better than any other supplement like it. It’s expensive - but worth it. Excellent quality.

This didn't really do much for me but maybe my expectations were too high. It is a light fibre supplement but not much more than that. I thought the mix of ingredients would make movements regular and cleaner. Which would then help cleanse thoroughly and quickly when needed (especially at short notice or after a meal: laxatives don't do this, they take ages to work and they can be very messy). I would stick to the standard long water douche and maybe skip a meal or two before partying! If they were cheaper I might keep trying for anothrr month but their price has actually gone up.
