Not a good product.
Charged unit for 16 hours. Did not work. Sent an email to the company that took over Aqua First in Illinois, thinking maybe it is something I am doing wrong. No response. Phoned the company and the phone rang 14 times with no answer. Bad PR when they are not interested in their customers.Second time of calling, I did get a live person who told me that the unit was defective. I sent it back to Amazon.We will see what happens. I would not consider this item again, as I see other reviews that state the SAME problem.Why does Amazon deal with products that are repeatedly faulty in the first place, creating headaches and wasted time in returning them??

Small and mighty
I have had several of the blue pool blasters and they are hard to use. Also dont work so I was very skeptical about this one as it doesnt look very sturdy. Pleased to report I was wrong .This little vac is amazing. Even sucked up acorns and large leaves.

Only worked for a couple of months
Worked great for a couple of months, then died. Called the Product Support number as provided by Amazon, which went to Blue Wave Products. They referred me to the actual manufacturer, Aqua Products. When I called them, they did not think that they manufactured this product. But, they gave me a number to a nearby service center. That service center number went to a voice mail. We'll see if they call me back. I fear this was money wasted.

Love just putting it in the water and cleaning the bottom of the pool.

looks like a major problem with this vacuum
looks like a major problem with this vacuum. After one week it quit working. I was able to get it to work by pulling it out of the water, putting it back underwatr and turning it on again. Then this weekend it totally stopped working. Very disappointed as it was not cheap and didn't even work for a month. My advice, don't buy it!!!

All seemed good until I plugged in the vacuum
All seemed good until I plugged in the vacuum. The motor will not turn on after charging. What a shame, this looked like a great product and I really wanted to use it.

No charge
There is a Defect with this model This is the 2nd one purchased and both have the same problem, Don't waste your money RYOBI makes one that is great.
